Positive: The modern decor and design were comfortable and inviting. The amenities were satisfactory at the hotel. The outside pool was less inviting, but the available gym and community areas were great. Breakfast was satisfactory each morning. Negative: The closeness to the mass transit center (bus and train station) across the street was less than ideal, but for those people using this service I am sure it would be a great location. I made sure to lock my vehicle every time I left it unoccupied.

The room was great, spacious, and very clean. The service was excellent, and everything we requested was provided. Will definitely stay again. The ac in the room may have been broken. It ran constantly without turning off, even after raising the temperature.

I had high hopes for this stay. Radisson's used to be nice hotels, not Luxury, but nice. Upon check in, I inquired about the optional upgrade to a King Suite that I paid for before hand, and the front desk woman seemed clueless, saying I would have reserved it before hand. I informed her I reserved through the hotel and got the option to upgrade my regular king room after the reservation, as the site doesn't even mention a King Suite, through the hotels official email confirming my reservation (upon checking my reservation online, it shows I opted for the paid upgrade). She still seemed clueless and said well, since it's not on here on your room info we must be sold out. Like shouldn't you know if those rooms are sold out? It should say right there on the computer. I was REALLY looking forward to the upgrade I was paying for, since it said it had a LG freestanding tub and we only have showers at my house, so I was looking forward to a good soak, but whatever. But I'm in town for a 4-day funeral, and wanted somewhere to decompress and whatnot. She had me initial and sign a form she didn't even bother trying to tell me what it was (shady!), and got impatient when I started reading it, pointing out again where I was supposed to initial and sign, trying to hurry me up. After giving me my room key, she sat back down not bothering to tell me where my room was, the location of the elevator since it was not on ground floor, or any other information. After wandering around, I finally found the elevator. The halls look nice, clean, and then I got to my room. Paint is peeling, the furniture is very worn, no bother to touch up paint, scratches, etc, the leather chair and ottoman have seen much better days. The bathroom gives me claustrophobia and looks like the stuff was just thrown in there, only half the lights in their lighted mirror work and they're yellow (not good for applying makeup) and I'm barely short enough to fit under the shower head of the small shower/tub combo, and I can't even stretch out my legs in the tub it's so small. I'm not tall, by any means. I had to ask coming back in if there was breakfast, and then what time, cause she didn't bother telling me. It's sad when I would have gotten better service and room at the Holiday Inn, and regretted not just going with that considering I'm paying about $120/night. We will see if it gets better. If it does, I will change, whether it gets better or worse

The staff was not very friendly. The rooms are not Raddison standard rooms. The office chair should have been in the trash there is no way it should be in a guest room as torn up as it was. Mold around the bathtub . The floors didn't look like they had been cleaned in months. Very warn down and a sloppy attempt at fixing things in the room. Had a view of the pool or should I say swamp it was green the walls were green the stairs were green. The parking lot is dark no light on the side or back of building if you had to park back there. But I think there was only 4 cars in parking lot the whole time we stayed there.
The bed was very comfortable pillows were not. Take all four pillows put them in one pillow case and you have a pillow. The coffee in the rooms don't fit in the coffee pot. The coffee cup lids are way to big for the cup. No sugar or cream. No stir stick.
Ice machine on 1st floor only the others are out of service.

Very disappointed.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was eager to enjoy my stay, but things quickly took a turn for the worse.

First and foremost, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning at all, the room remained uncomfortably hot, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. After a long day of travel, the lack of a comfortable environment was incredibly disappointing.

Additionally, I had paid for a late check-out, which I was looking forward to as it would allow us to enjoy our last morning without feeling rushed. However, when the time came, the hotel staff informed us that the late check-out was not in their system and that we would need to pay again for the privilege. This was not only frustrating but also felt incredibly unfair, especially since I had already made the payment in advance.

Overall, the combination of a malfunctioning air conditioning system and the hassle over the late check-out left a sour taste in my mouth. I expected a much higher standard from a hotel of this caliber. Unfortunately, my experience at the Radisson Hotel was disappointing, and I would think twice before booking again in the future.

Dirty. Outdated. Smells like weed. Did i mention dirty?

The palm people leave positive reviews. I’m used to more clean hotels. Should’ve booked a motel instead.

Ice maker is on the first floor. If you look closely in it, it’s filled with brown substance, looks like mold. Our fridge wouldn’t get cold and we were told maintenance would be here on Monday (staying over the weekend). Washer and dryer are out of service. The doors aren’t all the way sealed (look at the top). Stains in carpet.

Shockingly our bathroom isn’t as dirty as it could be. I still wouldn’t stay here even if it was free.

This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Everything is outdated. I stayed here for 2 days and you can tell that the cleaning staff isn’t cleaning the rooms properly. The tub was dirty and everything had dust and finger prints on it. For over $100 a night, the rooms should be in much better shape than they are. I had to clean and wipe down everything before I used it. I didn’t feel comfortable out at home. I won’t be staying at any Radisson hotels ever again.

Room was very dated and worn. The breakfast is something I won’t feed my dog. All ice machines are broken. Just a sub par hotel. I’m sure Radisson corporate would not approve.
