Stayed for 8 nights and would stay again next time!|| Me and my husband are bonvoy members and we redemeed our points for this stay, and it was worth it. We have status as well so we were able to pick the breakfast each morning as our welcome gift, breakfast was amazing! So many hot and cold options, they have miso soup or corn soup. Rice, shu mai, they can make omelette for you, they have bacon and sausage, a salad bar, you can order a rice ball, so many juices options. If you can, I highly suggest adding the breakfast option so worth it. ||Staff are so friendly and welcoming, we had a luggage sent over to the hotel from Osaka and it was safe and sound in their office. They are quick to deliver items upon request, we were up on the 16th floor and we did not hear a single thing from the streets below. The hotel is well located in Ginza, about 10 minutes from train station, the shopping in Ginza, a lawson is across the street. So many restaurants nearby! We cannot say one bad thing about the hotel, we love it so much that we plan on staying here again next time we come back to Japan. ||Day of check out, we wanted to take a taxi to the airport and the staff helped us call a taxi and it arrived within 5 minutes. Anyway, I highly suggest trying out this hotel.

Overall positive stay in Tokyo as an elite member from Marriott. The location is great, close to major subway lines/ stations. The room is small, clean, limited view, functional but it's common for Tokyo. Breakfast has omelet station, and buffet style items like miso soup, curry, and continental style. I recommend this place if the pricing is right

事前問合せでメールさせていただいたがレスポンスも早く好感が持てた
リクエストでヘアアイロンを提供していただいた

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Tokyo! The location is absolutely prime—everything you need is within walking distance, from world-class shopping to incredible restaurants. It was so convenient to explore the city, with all the major attractions just a short stroll away. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect base for our adventures. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay.

プラチナ利用。やっぱり日本人はバスタブは欲しいですね！泊まり客はほぼ外国人。部屋はコンパクト。景色ゼロ。ロケーションだけは良いですね。(12月平日のこの日、お金を払って泊まるとなると96000円とのこと...) 星３つにしたのは、朝ごはんだけは普通に良かったです。いつも泊まるような都内のホテルほど手が凝っている訳でも、種類が多い訳でもないですが、許容範囲内。作ってもらったオムレツもふわとろな訳でもなく。。ただ、朝は必ず何かしら作り立てをいただきたいので良かったです。

Just stayed at the Aloft Tokyo Ginza for 4 nights. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was small but comfortable. The bed and shower were great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which had many delicious choices, both Western and traditional Japanese. The location is excellent for accessing the Ginza shopping areas and a very short walk to the fish market and the Ginza subway station.

Got to check out the Aloft Ginza, if you stayed at please properties before it's similar rooms that you get at most Aloft brands. The front desk speaks English and are very eager to help at any way, the breakfast has a good variety of food, the space for breakfast is a bit small when getting food but overall the quality and staff were fast and friendly. The elevators are pretty quick and overall even though it's in the noisier part of Tokyo I didn't hear much outside noise. My only complaint is a minor one which they should have ice bags downstairs available for a guest since there's no ice machines on the floors and you have to bring the bucket from your room to get the ice when they can just give you a bag of ice to put in the bucket when needed. But overall, the location price breakfast staff etc what make me recommend this hotel to anyone.
