I don't know anyone personally from this company! But I do know this, they built Victory Square Senior Apartments in Parkside, N.E. D.C. and they made a hell of a mess with this building! They did a HORRIBLE job INSIDE and OUTSIDE on the building! The problems are so vast in every aspect of construction I can't list them here, but you can see them on my YouTube channel at "gyoung718" or you can also Google "Victory Square Senior Apartments"! Highlights - Water Intrusion, Mold, Leaking Windows, Air Intrusion, Bug Infestation, cracked ceilings and floors, Contaminated building materials, shoddy electrical work, shoddy plumbing work, buckling carpet, high humidity year round and the list goes on and on!
There have been a lot of deaths here as well. I wonder Why?
The decision is yours if you want to live in these conditions after working 20, 25, or 30 years!
