Wanting to express my deepest sympathies to Jonathan (gas bar attendant) .... for asking him to do his job this morning. I needed a receipt. The machine didn't print one so I asked him for help. You would have thought that I'd asked him to work a double-shift for free based upon his grumpy reaction. This is not the first time that I have seen his poor customer service.

I know a TON of people who would love to work at Costco. I think that if Jonathan is that unhappy at his job, he should move on and let someone who would appreciate the perks of working at Costco take over for him.

The lower gas prices will see me returning time and time again to Costco .... perhaps with the plan to engage Jonathan to see if I can finally catch him exhibiting some decent customer service.

You need a costco membership to purchase gas. Prices are slightly lower than other gas stations. However, lineups can be atrocious.

I drove whole the way from Calgary trail to get gas with barely gas in my tank and I was denied to fill gas because google maps shows 7:30pm as closing time but actual is 7. Costco should take action to fix their timing on google maps. Thanks

Super rude employees at the gas station. I went today at 8:36 got my turn at 9:09 PM and it was almost 20 minutes before closing and there was not even a huge line at my back. Still they were not behaving well and want to finish their work as soon as possible
 I want my tank to be full, but the guy didn’t even let me did it. This thing is happening with me the second time, worst experience with this particular location !!

The fuel is great and their pumps are easy to use with the exception of, if you make a mistake you need to restart. Unfortunately there’s almost always a long line.

If they are not using this side of parking lot then might as well get rid of these dividers to allow better follow of the gas lines.

The diversion due to these dividers decrease the capacity of lining up.
