The employee on duty was rude and closed early despite the hours on Google which display as 6am - 12am at the time of writing this, but she closed at 11pm instead. She claims the hours are 5am-11pm despite previously purchasing from this location between the hours of 11pm and 12am with her on shift months ago. During this previous visit she was rude as well, brought me the wrong item (because it was late only window service was available due to the late time of day) told me it was what I asked for but didn’t show me until after it was purchased (I asked for cherry Coca Cola and was given a peach Pepsi). Tonight I needed gas since I have a very early morning tomorrow and wouldn’t be able to get gas beforehand. Because of her I had to go to a different gas station instead.

You can see from the first picture the hours provided on Google and in the second you can see the lights off and store closed with the time still well before 12am. When I called her out on her lie, she told me “go ahead and complain online if you want.” Which is entirely what convinced me to leave a review.

I am very disappointed in this shell employee as I have had great experiences with other employees at this location. I can only recommend this location when this employee is off duty due to her poor customer service. The other employees are always very friendly and provide great service, so I would happily recommend this place if anyone else is working. The location is extremely convenient as well.

Paid for car wash … waiting to go through … sat through wash and it seemed that many functions weren’t working … when I came out 8 mins later car still dirty and took off side mirror cover … spoke to attendant … another car had entered and so waited a full cycle for cover … attendant offered repeat wash as compensation over 2-3 days. I explained that it isn’t a “free wash” as I paid for a service that wasn’t provided and then he just kept repeating himself over and over. I left as what was meant to be a quick stop was a complete waste of 35 minutes of my day. This is my closest station and I will go out of my way to go someone else after receiving such poor customer service. #terribleequipment #badservice and seems to be consistent problem management isn’t interested in addressing as per comments.

They wanted to charge a $1.20 For an empty cup. I didn't take the cup, but she then put the cup back to the resold. After both my hands and her tent hands had touched the cup

I got the deluxe car wash. It is a touch less drive-through. Great for what I needed.

I used this self-wash car wash twice, and both times my car got scratched by their equipment.

I followed all automatic guidelines and stopped my car when the light turned red, and the machine didn't ask me to reverse, everything seemed normal. But then, my car was being scratched by their equipment. I have attached a video to show how that happened.

This is unacceptable, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will never come back again. The scratches are clearly visible, and they're going to cost me a lot of money to repair.

If you value your car, beware of this car wash. I don't want anyone else to go through what I've been through.

Don't ever go here.. rude, never have anything, gas prices are usually more pricy then most. This place is the most useless gas station in canada I will not be returning. wish this review could give a -5 absolutely embarrassing

I am here at 11:00pm to wash the car at 5610 111street Edmonton. The guy told me he is going home 'so they are closed. But website says close it at 12:00am

I had a coupon for a gas discount provided from Safeway and I asked the cashier if I would get the discount and she just nodded and then charged me my amount and then I asked so the code works here and she said no we don't accept any sort of codes but still proceed to charge me for the gas. Next time tell people that to don't accept shell Safeway discount so they can spend their money elsewhere.
