Hello,

If I could give a zero star, I would! I came here with my family and couldn’t survive for three minutes because of the amount Trash that’s everywhere and the sticky food on the tables and sitting in spots. This place is the most dirtiest place I’ve ever seen in my life. There is food on the tables area on the floor. It smells like butty cheeks! I am not coming back and I hope any one don’t stay this for more than 1 min.

Homeless people. Filthy bathroom. Unexplained delayed bus rides. Very inconvenient. My bus was delayed twice unexplained. There’s no problem with the weather so this makes no sense at all.

Grey Hound bus service from Ontario to New York was a horrible experience. The seats were bad. No leg room. Very uncomfortable for long journey. Our family, including children, was having back pain, not able to sleep.
Due to the bad experience, I canceled return tickets and had to book by air. Which affected our budgets.
50% was lost as cancellation charges and balance 50% they issued receipts, which are useless. Requested for a refund of money, which they denied.

Never recommend it to anyone.

The only good thing I can say about the bus station is it's conveniently located if you use public transport like me.Ive learned to always buy my ticket online cuz there's never anyone working the ticket counter. If you have to wait a long time at the bus station, have lots of $ for the overpriced Bodega & overpriced vending machine (if it's working) cuz that's your only option for food or drink. No Tim Hortons, not even a water fountain. The bathrooms are what I imagine jail to be like. There's alot of people suffering from homelessness, mental illness & addiction around the bus station. Its sad and I don't have a problem with them.If I was homeless I would probably be at the bus station to stay warm too.At the bus station I've saved someone from ODing with Narcan once & I've even given someone the coat right off my back. But what I do have a problem with are the thieves, scammers & the bully cops who try to take advantage of travelers in any situation.Be aware of your surroundings! *FYI: If you've never seen a payphone before, then go to the bus station.Im not sure if they still work, but they're still up in the wall and make a good picture for "ancient history".

UPDATE 1/23/2025 At the bus station this afternoon, I saw there's a new sub/sandwich shop where Tim Hortons used to be. I was in a rush so I didn't get a menu or look at the prices.
