Fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, with modern, well-appointed rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Location was perfect—close to major attractions and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, convenient place to stay!

It located near Ranchi Junction and also in market area where Mall like reliance smart bazaar and many more are available. Very Nice Place to stay there. Rooms are well maintained. There is no issue of hygiene. You will always feel like you are at home. With room, amenities are also good. Must stay there to feel the Vibe of royalty at best and reasonable price.

This was by far the nicest hotel that my wife and I have ever experienced. The lobby was elegant, the food was some of the tastiest cuisine I’ve ever eaten, the staff was amazingly friendly, accommodating, and servant-minded, and the rooms were spacious and felt like home away from home. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff went out of their way to make our children feel cared for and at ease. I am grateful we were able to stay the time we did here and hope to be able to return someday. They did the Radisson name proud!

Astonishing space with exquisite ambience that gives you a sense of relaxing and pleasant experience throughout. It's a place for people seeking to have a cozy time with their loved once with a sense of security. Overall, I would recommend this place for the people who a looking for a space that is quite ,pleasant and doesn't hamper their them while they are working.

We had always had a good experience at the hotel, as we frequently visited for conferences and dining. The dinner buffet was always excellent. However, this time things took a turn for the worse. A member of their marketing team visited me and presented a membership plan specifically for doctors, which I decided to purchase. The plan included two complimentary buffets and discounts on additional items.

As usual, we went to the hotel and asked the manager how to use the coupon. They told us to simply enjoy our dinner and show the coupon when paying. So, we had dinner and, as instructed, presented the coupon. But after showing the bill, the way the service staff treated us was completely unexpected and unprofessional. I began to wonder if it was a false promise or if management had instructed them to behave this way.

To clarify, we went to the reception near the buffet area and asked how the coupon should have been applied. The staff member confirmed that we were correct and that the charge shouldn't have been made that way. This all happened when I was with friends, and the entire experience left everyone feeling upset and shocked by both the staff's behavior and the management's response.

In the end, I handed the coupon bundle to the receptionist because I no longer found it useful. I expected the management to take the issue seriously, but they did not. I wish the hotel the best, but I hope this kind of experience doesn't happen to anyone else.
