駅周辺や構内にホームレスや精神的に狂っている人がいました。ホームに行く途中１回しつこく絡まれたので、自分の身を考えて今後この駅は利用しないと思います。駅全体汚い・暗い、怖いです。入口がわかりづらいのに案内がないので親切設計ではないですよね。トレントン線とチェスナットヒルウェスト線でホームの場所が離れていることを初めて利用する人がわかるわけないじゃないですか。

decayed. one of the times I went, it had the indescribably terrible smell of urine and rot. yes, rot.

note: the chestnut hill west branch is separate from the rest of the station, and its basically a bus stop right next to train tracks

and also none of this is accessible

and in all honesty, I completely agree with the last photo I posted, the station does give off that vibes

Just Straw

This station is totally outdated! I don't understand why septa keeps such a dirty station here after all of these years like come on from dirty to the hallways smelling like piss to broken machinery they need to do better and renovate this station for a better passenger experience honestly this is the dirtiest station by far and it's quite sad to see it this way

Not a great station. Generally dirty, but beats going to 30th St Station when you're heading north on Septa.

I hope Septa can prioritize cleaning up and renovating this train station. It is badly in need of signage. It was very unclear where to go. I'm grateful that a family member accompanied me through the vacant lot and dark, dirty tunnel up the stairs to the platform. I saw other Septa stations that were nicer. It doesn't seem fair.

Ghetto. Dark. Trashy. I wasn't sure I was even at the right place. It looked abandoned. You can't pay with a card? What is cash? I thought it was 2018. This stop is so ghetto. I was the only one there and I felt like there was people in the bushes and abandoned building behind the stop waiting for someone to rob. I would never let my sisters go there by themselves. If you look like a rich, college kid or someone who is not from the area, you will be more vulnerable. Get right with God and your double check your life insurance policy before coming here.

It's open weather, still manages to stink like urine, shady types hanging around, very downtrodden neighborhood, used heroin bags and syringes on the ground... needs a major cleanup and overhaul. The two stars are for the attached shopping center, which is kept in nice condition.

Station is creepy, but it gets a bad rap. I've never had an issue there, evern coming home after midnight on a Saturday. Or at 5:30am like I did this morning.
