Every time I go there are a lot of crowds inside of the mart and the billing section too.
There is narrow space to stand or walk to take the groceries. It's only two floors like ground and first floor only. Before taking the items just check if it's packing is good or not
Once billed they are saying check before billed and check the prices also because I had a small incident that the showing price is 230Rs for Dettol soaps set but they billed 245Rs when we asked they said no sir it never happened like that .
Then I showed my bill and what they placed at the items. They said sorry sir it's a system generated so we can't do any thing
So be careful when you are taking groceries.

I've been a regular customer at DMart's Malad branch since it opened. They offer a wide range of high-quality items, making it a convenient place to shop for all my needs. Returning items is hassle-free, which is a huge plus. However, the reason I'm giving 4 stars is the constant crowd and the long wait times at the billing counter. Despite this, DMart remains my go-to store for its excellent product selection and reliable service.

Two much crowded, very less trolleys for customer,most of the trolleys were used by dmart staff or kept lonely in between the passage with product which is to be stacked on shelf,we have to wait outside so that when someone comes out shopping we can get the trolley and sometimes basket shortage is also there. Many products don't have price listed on shelf. Very less billing counters working. Most of the time price card is there but the item is missing. Also some of the product pricing is too high in malad west dmart as compared to another dmarts and there own website. Staff's also don't know how to talk to customer ,not helpful and very rude .
