It was great, at first I was nervous never used Discord before, telling my wife, I hope it works. Logged in and it worked, information about printer was informative and I liked that in the chat section you could ask questions and a tech was replying as the speaker spoke.

I recently had an issue with my nozzle checks which looked awful but my transfer was okay. Asher K was very patient with me. He took me through several avenues to fix it and when one did not work, he remained positive and would help me try something else. He never gave up on me or my R2. I learned a lot from Asher K and I am so glad that he was assigned to my ticket.

I initially believed my printer had serious issues beyond repair. However, two of DTF Station's exceptional technicians, Djerick P and Asher Kim, dedicated hours to address the problem. Their teamwork was outstanding, and they managed to get my printer functioning again within a couple of days. (This was due to the holiday) Their concern and assistance were remarkable, and I am immensely grateful for their help. I highly recommend using this service and these two amazing techs. Eternally grateful to them both.
