Nous sommes venus en famille. 2 adultes 2 enfants. C’est un très bel hôtel, la décoration est soignée. Cependant pour moi ce n’est pas un hôtel adapté aux familles. La chambre est petite. Il n’y avait aucune place pour ranger nos affaires donc nous avons du tout laisser dans nos valises. La paroie de douche n’est pas suffisamment opaque : manque d’intimité. Un matin nous avons voulu prendre un petit déjeuner à 10h malheureusement il n’y avait plus rien. Le bar n’a pas de quoi faire un chocolat chaud pour les enfants. C’est dommage. En dehors de ça, le personnel est accueillant et patient. La localisation est idéale, avec le métro à côté.

Le quartier est extra… boutiques, cafés une vraie vie de quartier. Ferry à proximité pour aller sur Dumbo, Manhattan et encore plus. Ambiance très artistique avec aussi de belles balades.
Hôtel proche du pont de Williamsburg donc bruyant (train !!!!!) nous avons dormi avec des boules Quiess!!! Surtout ne réservez pas le petit déjeuner ; une arnaque .Je n’ai pas du tout aimé

Superbe séjour en famille de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel récemment ouvert de Williamsburg. Nous avons adoré le décor, le lobby-bar animé, le staff accueillant et serviable, le confort des lits, la vue et l’insonorisation de la chambre (on entend à peine le métro extérieur qui passe tout près de l’hôtel), le crédit de 25$ par jour offert par l’hôtel pour des consommation au lobby-bar incluant le café latte et les viennoiseries le matin. Le quartier est calme, sécuritaire et grouillant de vie sur la rue Bedford. Deux lignes de métro sont accessibles à moins de 10 minutes de marche. On se rend sur Manhattan en moins de 20 minutes. Seul bémols : notre chambre était très étroite et disposait de peu de place pour disposer nos bagages. Malgré cela, nous y retournerons assurément!

Ignore any bad reviews! This hotel stay was the best. Clean rooms great vibes and really close to everything and anything you need. Rooms are tiny however I stayed 5 days shared a room and we packed a lot there’s so man hidden closets and spaces to put your belonging so it keeps everything well organized in sections under the bed. If we needed anything it only take them a few minutes to help us out or bring anything to our door. My view from the room was amazing the best was soo comfortable.

The rooftop was breathtaking and the drinks and vibes were amazing. Book the hotel you won’t regret it

I was a bit hesitant to stay here given some poor reviews, however, I enjoyed my stay! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Manhattan, so I’d say this hotel is a good option for shorter stays or if you’re able to pack light. I would recommend this hotel if you’re staying during the weekdays since it’s a lot quieter then. My last night was a Friday, and it got very loud, but the front desk did warn us that there would be a party and they offered an additional $25 credit for food and beverages.

The hotel is also within walking distance from a lot of restaurants, so that was convenient for me.

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Checking in was a breeze, and everyone working at the bar was a pleasure to be around. I would come back just because the service was great!

The only downside for me was the lobby at night. It was much too dark for my preference and felt like a nightclub. Just not my vibe. Other than that, a good option.

Annie and Victor were amazing. Got me into my room well ahead of schedule so I could make my meetings. Also the gym is very nice bit small but still nice. Lobby is great with a nice atmosphere and place to get some food and drinks there. I will stay here again

Girls trip weekend. We had two queen beds on the 8th floor with decent views. The room is tight! No closet but the do have multiple hooks placed throughout the room and there is a little open cubby area with about five hangers. The toilet and shower are two small separate areas with frosted glass doors. The sink is out in the main room area. If you are organized and able to tolerate small spaces spoof there are two people in the room, then this is a nice hotel that has a nice bar in the lobby and close to subway and easy walk to waterfront area. The is a roof top bar that was very pretty, but there were no heat lamps and a mid November visit made for a chilly night if you want to sit outside. Also, they have a cooler in the lobby with free cans of Celsius every day, all day.
