The gentleman in the morning that help me get my ticket was very helpful and nice. But the lady that worked there was very rude. I had to wait all day for my train to come the time frame was not their fault it was my only time I could be dropped off. So I tried to take a little fiesta and the lady there told me I could not sleep there so I left and went outside. I'm at some nice people outside was entertained all day and even received some good information from the locals.

This place is a rip off, full of criminals and I'm talking about the staff! There are two Hispanic gentlemen (and I use that term lightly) who work the night shift who seem as if they not only hate their job, but you as well.
I watched them STEAL tree woman's money, by not even talking her that she'd left some food that she'd purchased during our layover going to los Angeles.
We had our money stolen by the vending machine to the tune of 4.00, when the chip vending machine gave me back 1.00 when we'd put in a five dollar bill and a one dollar bill for mints, which were 1.00.
I immediately went to inform said employees who said it wasn't their issue, to call the number on the machine and wait for tomorrow morning to hear something back.
This is on top of the scam of roadrewards, which offers 10% off but doesn't allow you to redeem it online.
Avoid this service and station like the plague

A much more comfortable place for the train station. The City of Fresno spent multi-millions to renovate and modernize this historic building. There is a 7-11 across the street which is very convenient if travels are looking for anything 7-11 is selling ( figs, soda, ice cream, snacks, beer or wine and lottery tickets. Fresno City Hall is just across the street to the north of the station. United States District Court, Eastern Division is located one block west of the station.

I got to Vegas greyhound at 12pm for a 5 pm bus ride. I stood at express shipping counter with 1 free checked bag and a large box and medium box. Paid 30 they took my stuff on acart and lwft with it. When I boarded the bus I checked woth nahgage guys to see if it had been loaded they said no must have been put on an earlier bus. Het to LA the rude bus dtiver says where are your bah I am like what you guys took them earlier in Vegas. Nobody knows nothing or cates. I get on and call Fresno and theu dont have my luggage. My whole life is in there. I am an author and have a film coming out about the murder of my fiance all my pictures and modeling acting author stuff and all my clothes just gone. They said did you call Vegas? Why when they are supposed to be in Fresno. I am literally on this bus steaming.Horrible

Most deplorable customer experience ever.No one picks up the phones ,I called for hours and no one answered and the security is ridiculous compared to Amtrak and a greyhound security guard stole my medications in San Diego and refused to return them even when proper prescription and paperwork to was shown.I am just blown away by how foul this service was.Unless it is an absolute emergency avoid this method of travel at all cost.Amtrak has same price but you get to ride 10x higher quality buses(every bus I've ridden on for the duration of this trip has some sorta faulty bs ex:electric outlets not working, cushions of the seat falling off,WiFi doesn't work)plus you get to ride trains which will blow any greyhound bus off the road for the same price.Greyhound is definitely only a last minute emergency option.Truly awful service.

They are not even located on Tulare Street any longer. They are on Santa Fee next to Amtrak. They don't even update their Web site. Customer service even didn't know where they were located. Drove around for 30 minutes trying to find it.
