After banking for many years with ATB, I had money stolen from my account, and the bank did not honor or attempt to retrieve or replenish the money taken from my account in any way shape or form. I will not longer be banking with ATB Financial. Pretty infuriating when a bank just leaves you high and dry. When banks make how many millions or billions of dollars profit and they can't help someone who had money legitimately stolen from a customers account, there's something seriously wrong with that. It's a good thing it wasn't thousands and thousands of dollars, but it was enough to hurt me financially big time. After waiting over a month to get an answer only to come to that, I'd say that's pretty poor service from a bank I've been dealing with for over 10 years. Talk about a slap in the face.

After so much mistreatment by Scotia bank and having to jump thru hoops attempting to open a business account, my husband and I switched to ATB many months ago and have never looked back. We have been treated as valued customers by ATB, and they have made all our personal and business banking needs easy and accessible. Most excellent customer service!!
