Came in for a simple refund which turned into buying a whole new package for internet.
The sales associate who helped me was great, Rafael was very patient as well as very informative when delivering his pitches, never felt like he was overselling me as he was being genuine in getting me the most affordable deal for my budget!
Never had the best experience here before as associates are very eager for sales and you can tell, but I will definitely be back to shop here when Rafael is in since he was calm, understanding and very passionate in the way he is knowledgeable about the tech too. I thought he was a manager or full-time but after learning he is just in sales part-time he definitely deserves a raise/ promotion of some kind!

Here was the security guard who harassed me by following me around the store. I came to the store on my bicycle as I live downtown. There are many professionals who commute by bicycle downtown. I think following a professional female who just comes to get her laptop fixed by the geeks is unprofessional and harassing. Shockingly, another male employer came to challenge me without even asking me what was going on. This is also unprofessional. Profiling individuals because they are in a bicycle is also unprofessional. How incompetent is a security guard who targets the wrong person? If security at the Best Buy are targeting people because they have bicycles instead of real potential criminals, this us highly incompetant. The workers atcbest buy st Dufferin mall are far Superior in decency and customer service. What a terrible experience. I suggest head office in Toronti to get on top of this. Professional females on bicycles. BEWARE!!! Disgusting behavior at this best buy. Please also get on top of the guy who did not even address the security guard following me all over the store and harassing me and suggested that I do not come back. How is being harassed and profiled because you gave a bicycle okay,

Do not come to this store. There were no issues when making a payment, but when it came to getting a refund, the female staff not only had a bad attitude but also refused to process my refund. She told me to come back in 45 minutes to get it done. This was something I had never heard of before. Fine, I waited 45 minutes and came back, but they still refused to refund me, saying their system had issues. They made me go to a larger Best Buy upstairs to process the refund instead.

Their attitude was not only impatient but also completely unhelpful, as if it was perfectly reasonable for them to not process my refund and make me run back and forth. When I finally went to the larger store upstairs and waited in a long line, the staff there told me that the receipt hadn’t been updated, and the problem was entirely caused by this store. Does this store even train its employees? This is unacceptable.

Walked into the store asking a general question about my phone not expecting to be shopping for a whole new plan, but Thnima shared how she could get me a better phone plan for an excellent price. She was patient and enthusiastic about saving me money and getting me a new phone and plan and a gift card! Even my fiancée ended up changing her phone plan at the same time, so she saved my family a whole bunch. She was incredibly professional and very good at her job. I'm very happy with the store and her service.
