The cleanliness of the room was typical of such hot spots, pretty dismal and very disappointing. The ladies and gents are so nice and the location is excellent. I'm a local and I drive up there to watch the sunsets from the parking lot it's so peaceful and pretty quiet. Could be so much cleaner and would be if they paid a decent wage. Shame for locust Grove cuz it sure is beautiful here and lots of good good things and people. God bless the USA!

Positive: Location convenient to wedding venue. Helpful staff. Negative: When I checked in at 3, saw stain on duvet. Told front desk and they changed it as I asked before I returned from a wedding at 10. The carpet was extremely stained to the point I always wore shoes. The tile floor in the bathroom seemed clean.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at tis BW. My travel companion and I had a bunch of issues with our rental car, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got where we needed to go each way, and found a way home. They were so welcoming and willing to step in and offer help, they really saved our trip. Thank you so much Tasha, Margie, and Rhonda! You were the absolute best!

The best reason to stop here is the breakfast!! Bonus this trip was night check in lady was so kind. This is our favorite Best Western because of the biscuits and gravy they serve for breakfast. The rooms have always been clean and smell so good!! Worth the stop!!

We stayed for 5 days recently. Rhonda at the front desk is wonderful. Completely professional and courteous. The cleaning crew missed us the 1st day. Fully cleaned the second day, then just refreshed the towels and garbage after that. Which was okay for us.
The continental breakfast was very good and reliable. Had a little trouble with the room key a couple of times, but luckily, we were staying in the room next to the maintenance guy, who helped us get into our room.
There are plenty of nice areas to walk your dogs.
It's just off of 412. Easy on and off.
Would definitely stay again.

The two night clerks couldn’t have been more wonderful! I had made a huge mistake and booked a room for the wrong night. Instead of shrugging me off because all rooms were already booked for the night, the clerks were sympathetic, understanding, and determined to help. They spent almost twenty minutes finally finding me a room, overriding the computer error messages, and canceling my incorrect reservation. Whew!!! Thank you ladies!!!! You were the answer to a prayer

This place is in my permanent list of best hotel and services list. The lady at the front desk was the best person ever. She deserves a big raise. She made us feel so welcome. Wonderful at her job.
