Piscine pas chauffée, l'eau très froide. Pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres. Pas de shampoo ni savon pour le corps les bouteilles sont vides. Pas de ménage fait (Serviettes ne sont pas changées, très humide donc elles ne sèchent pas). Bref, trop dispendieux pour la qualité!

Hôtel repris par un nouveau groupe mais service décevant si vous voulez le nettoyage de la chambre il faut le demander la veille!!!!!

I booked this hotel for few days in December 2024 for my family and my self.
I came from Canada and chose this hotel because I spoke with the phone with customer representatives and they assured me that the pool outdoor is working. My son is 10 years old and like the pool. When arrived to the hotel in this location I have been told that the pool is not working for a long time. I was surprised and in shock. Came to Florida to enjoy with my family not to find out that this hotel has issues. Customer service in front desk was good she gave us the key for our room and find out that the bad is broken the ceiling is liking. Wow they offer me change rooms and take me shuttle to a different hotel to use the pool in differently location. I had to cancel this hotel and pay way more money to go a different hotel where my family can enjoy. Was very disappointed. The manager agreed to return my money back so I can book in a different hotel.
From this moment no more Best western for me sorry bed experience with this hotel every location booked three of them.was really bed. Not recommend this hotel. You can find better prices in better hotel in this area.

I would choose this hotel over and over for my next trips to Miami- Fort Lauderdale. Facilities are clean and comfortable, coffee is available 24/7, rooms are spacious, but the service, oh, the service!!! Top notch. The shuttle service is complimentary from 6am to midnight; there’s a charge between midnight and 5:45am. Make sure you are in terminal 1, arrival area, and walk to your right to the shuttle parking area; there’s a big “E” sign. That’s where you will be picked up upon arrival. Do not hesitate to stay here.

I am not one to leave a nasty review since I work in customer service but at this point something needs to be done. Me and my friend booked a room with two queen beds. When we entered our room it was COVERED IN MOLD, bugs, rust, and had not been cleaned. At this point the hotel should be closed down. I’m so sorry to be mean but just look at the photos attached. They moved us a to a different room (however they were not apologetic) and mold wasn’t an issue but cleanliness definitely was. No amount of money saved would make it worth it. Plus we paid $577 for two nights!!!! That’s insane for the quality we were met with.

This was a great and easy stay for us!! We needed to stay for business reasons and the location was perfect! The staff was helpful and rooms were clean. I wish breakfast could have been served at 6:00am, instead of 6:30 because so had to leave for work by 6:30. Good WiFi service and hot water and coffee and tea in the rooms. Not daily clean up so
No new towels but otherwise it was great and convenient. Not luxurious, but very pleasant stay.

I'm sorry. This was the worst Best Western I have ever been to. The shades on the lamps were rusty the walls were dirty we waited ten minutes for a clerk to show up at the desk. Our bathroom door had come loose on the hinges and you had to lift up on it to open/close the door. We had another couple with us and it was my recommendation because of the proximity to the airport. have apologized everytime I see them. As a President Select member of Best Western travel I have never stayed in anything like this in all my years of traveing.l.

It takes a lot for me to leave a review like this but people need to be warned about this hotel. Our room was the most disgusting room I’ve ever been given. The whole floor smelled like mold, but our room was especially strong. There was mold GROWING ON THE WALLS (see photos) along with bodily fluid stains (if you get my drift) on the headboard, more mystery stains on the chairs, rust on everything, bugs, and the shower door didn’t close. We ended up leaving before our stay was supposed to over because of how gross it was. We payed $654 dollars to stay in this place if you can believe it, and now Management is dragging their feet on making any of this right. Avoid this place at all costs!
