For a small station it has many things you need: bathrooms, charging stations even if not a ton, comfortable chairs, music (it was too loud and especially not fun if you don't like their choice of music), snack machines and drinks, trash bins, a kiosk for train schedules and to buy tickets, and live ticket agents. Plus free working WiFi with no password. I know this is not related to the station… The inside of the Amtrak trains is another story ... not really clean ... the roommettes and sleeper cars are full of dust and carpet smells and needs a lot of updating bc the prices are not cheap for a tiny space w bunk beds. And the food is hit or miss... some trains have decent food and some just microwave a frozen breakfast that tastes worse than McDonalds.

This is a very good station and my family has ridden Amtrak to and from this station to NYC many times. The staff on the train was very nice and friendly. The station has always been clean and well-maintained. The station has a parking lot where people can park and pick up or drop off.

A very good station. We've ridden the maple leaf to niagara falls a few times, and have always enjoyed it. The staff on the train was friendly, and did everything professionally. The station has always been clean, well maintained, and easy to navigate because of its simple design. We've gotten tickets here before, and it was always pretty quick and easy to do. The ticket office is run well, and the staff always does their job efficiently.

On a side note, it's a great place to watch trains. Probably the best in the buffalo area. Signals are visible from both sides, and trains pass not 5 feet in front of you.

Overall, a great place. Amtrak really know what their doing here.

Small station, good clean parking lot. It's located in a quite place. I found it difficult transportation system, specially public transport. But good for those who have own transport. One thing is common to other Buffalo building, it has a buffalo statue in front of the building.

Took an amtrak train from Depew- New York City. I was quite disappointed in my time on the train.
Here are some of my disappointments

-Horrible AC
-Trashy Food
-Rude Employees
-No Arm Rests
-Broken Doors
-Delays

For the 9 hours I was on this train service I was sweating like a pig. Overall not a fan and won’t return.

I love this place, perfect place for railfanning to watch many different freights and even Amtrak trains. I hope one day that Amtrak will upgrade this station just like the downtown one.

Staff is great and very helpful. Access is good with ramps and button opening doors. Bathrooms very clean. Snack machines and ATM, quick-Trak machine, lots of seating.
