Used the E line to head to downtown during the ticket free month of August 2022, thinking it would reduce air pollutions and save money on parking. The mall does not welcome our parking at their lots, but seems to be OK if we were to conduct business with their vendors using the rail system. I only found out about this policy after seeing a sign prior to boarding. During my boarding, the engineer was on top of it and made a shirtless man to put on his shirt. I felt a little awkward of needing to keep an eye on him as a safety precaution. He randomly walked back and forth of the isle while speaking loudly to himself. He didn't cause any real problem other than just unusual. Did start a nice long conversation with another fellow passenger, and that did increase my safety confidence. Overall, I would probably not be riding the system next time and make my carbon footprint reduction another way.

Nice station but the E line to Union Station is constantly late in the early mornings. It’s getting to the point that I’m going to have to find other means of getting to work on time. The drivers seem to be very unprofessional and incompetent.
