It's unusually expensive! For such a large store, the variety is terrible The mobility scooters have keys however they are very hard to obtain, one doesn't work until you fidget with it for 15 minutes. Very few people are around to help find an item, it appears to have items that are not fresh, and the deli offerings seem to be mostly tasteless and or thawed from frozen. It also appears the people who work there are not happy. It doesn't stop the very few employees working from helping, the staff are always nice to me.
I'm in my 50s and still, Loblaws forces the Cstore employees to card me and anyone who are my age. I understand that 30 is fine but I have a grey beard and grey hair, and they still were not allowed to sell me anything without an ID.
If you don't want people to purchase you CStore goods, then why the hell is it open?!!!
To say the least, it's poorly run, but I'm disabled without transportation so it's the only place in the area.
Most of the escalators stopped working so people are forced to use a slow large cargo elevator.
Then again it is Loblaws and they don't really give a damn and it shows. If you don't want to operate the store, do everyone a favour and sell it to Coleman's or Sobeys, if not... ...DO BETTER!!!

Bad Experience at self checkout. They see you as a thief even after showing them receipts and scanning all items. The lady began lecturing me that I should scan all the items even after showing her the receipt. Never use Selfcheckout. Go to regular tills.

Literally just spent 25 minutes at a self checkout machine(s). Two machines were broken, the one I used was “serviceable”. The cashiers couldn’t even get it to work properly. Line up was up the isles with only 1 cashier working the regular till. What a frustrating experience. We need cashiers back.

Machines at self check out are buggy. Skip them and go to a line with people.

Staff at self check out where not helpful at all.

We bought tin foiled potato’s for the grill and when we unwrapped them they had mold.

There are no signs on the aisle so you can’t tell what is where.

Poor product management and poor staff management means a poorly run store.

Would not recommend this location at all.

Limited selection and the prices are way higher compared to other stores. They are also quite rude to customers. I have decided to go somewhere else instead.
