I don’t understand why this people work as a physician. The receptionist aren’t efficient, they don’t answer appointments calls , and they call you the same time on your appointment day canceling when you were waiting for the app for a month is disappointing.?

Horrible Doctor. If you're looking for a doctor that's only at the office and goes in once a week and cancels appointments to patients that day of appointment without notice. Please see her! Not good! Never shows up! Makes patients wait to see her. Not anymore. I'm finding my Mom a real doctor that's there at the office! That treats her patient with respect and listens! Not a doctor that just wants to get paid and take advantage! Too bad I can't put one star!

Doctor Sta. Maria is awesome, however the people that answer the phones at the desk are rude. They talk over you while you are talking. Not very patient oriented. More like she's annoyed and wants to run the phone call. ?
