I enjoyed my stay. Clean, safe and comfortable. I found the front desk staff to be very friendly and helpful (Raya and a dark skinned black man whose name I didn’t get). I let the guy know that I really appreciated his service on last time saw him before leaving. We actually left something in the room after checking out and Raya ensured we got it back before boarding our flight. We really appreciated that!

My only concern was a dog that was allowed in the breakfast coffee area. It was brief and only in the coffee part, as far as I could tell. However according to the Oklahoma health regulations that shouldn’t have been allowed. I’m not even sure the guy with the dog was staying there because he came in the front doors with the wet dog (it was raining that day 12/14), went up the stairs got coffee then came back downstairs and left. No one stopped him from bringing a dog into an area where food was exposed.

Additionally, they take great measures to keep the unhoused population from coming and going through those doors (so I assume the wet dog guy was a guest). In some respects that is good and in others that is unfortunate. Sometimes you see unhoused individuals sleeping in the parking garage, but they don’t bother you. You have to have your key ready at all times in order to move around in the building.

Raya at front desk was very unpleasant. Laughed hautily when I asked her to look up reservations for my party. My mother is older and not computer savvy. Seemed very unhappy and not professional. Would be nice to have someone better trained for front desk.

We left Hot Springs Arkansas early and headed to Tulsa.It was a relief as soon as we got out of arkansas!
I booked this hotel through priceline and as soon as we arrived.I was satisfied!
Security in there was awesome it was like Fort knox!
It was downtown and close to lots of restaurants and bars.The hotel front desk lady Tiffany was so sweet and nice and directed us exactly where we needed to go!
The beds were comfy, and we were safe, and it was a clean place to be!
I would have to say the only thing that I did not like was the parking.It was very small and extra price that no one told me of.

We booked a 5 day stay here for a sporting event. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. They also had a very good breakfast.

What really brought down my thoughts on the place was the price for parking that I did not know about. We didn't need to stay at this particular location. Had I known the price of parking, I most likely wouldve found somewhere else. If I remember right, it was $25/day. Incuring $125 in unplanned parking fees was kind've ridiculous.

Location is great, but that’s all. Housekeeping was fine too, but those who are customer facing were trash. Front desk forgot they work in hospitality. Not once was an interaction with the front desk, friendly or professional. Zero hospitality in words, attitude or gestures. Upon arrival no hi how can I help you, instead straight to ID and credit card without the please. You’d think they were doing you a favor, but they forgot you’re a paying guest that it’s their job to be hospitable and welcoming towards. Not sure if this is a Marriott issue or just how the front desk manager runs this location, but I interacted with 4 different people and one girl talking on her phone. Thankfully when I went to Hyatt after checking out, I felt like I was home again and so glad to NOT be in the small rooms at Marriott with the, “I don’t smile crew” working in hospitality. This is an I DON’T care guest services at Marriott Fairfield Tulsa, and no they weren’t the under 30 gen Z types either. The on her phone girl was though.
