Had to drop off a return package for my wife. Found directions on Google and was pleasantly surprised by the large, bright signage. Very easy to find. There is designated parking right outside the entrance.
The lady who greeted me was polite and helpful.
Overall, it’s clear that FedEx is focused on its retail customer traffic. This outlet was a stark contrast to many of their “competitors”.

Cant speak to a human no matter what you do , ask the machine to hold onto your package because they only show up while you work and it's still out for delivery the next Day

Shipped tires across the country. Amazing service, helpful and understanding staff. Tires made it 2 days ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend using them to ship.

The package has been in province and , according to tracking, on a vehicle for delivery for 3 days. I am honestly concerned about the driver as well has my package. Is the driver and vehicle in a hidden ditch somewhere? Should I be calling Search and Rescue? I have called the 1-866 number and talked with people that don't seem concerned, just telling me it's on a truck (status unknown). I would love to speak with a local dispatcher just to find out if my package is just sitting somewhere or in three feet of ditch water with some, possibly injured, person trapped and drinking that same water.

It says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it when I go to put in a claim. It doesn’t even recognize the address that the package was sent to you can’t contact a live person to talk to them and the automated help that you talk to is no help at all. .

Worse company ever . I have delt with many logistics companies and find fedex the worse. Reason why they are so bad they scan are to far in between you never get the package when it says online customer service is bad also the route things takes is so out of place. I been two weeks waiting on a package that is suppose to be here tomorrow and it shows it's not even left New brunswick which is crazy. (Update finely got somewhere with the company after I posted my review so I gave them an extra star)

My parcel arrived yesterday 02/12/2024 and has to be shipped to Harbout Breton and said it was delayed due to weather. The province didn’t have any bad weather on this day and the next day. Still no parcel. It will be delayed now for sure tomorrow and rest of the week with the bad weather that we are getting. Won’t get it not for another week just from st.johns to harbour Breton. Delayed my parcel two days before the bad weather that’s coming for the next three days. Never again will I order anything from a site that deals with FedEx.
