Have visited this facility twice now. The staff every time have been so kind and helpful. The station is very clean and lovely. Shoutout to Karen working in the office at 5 am on Sunday! You made our morning with your kindness and levity. Your directions did not go unheard.

This old, small station still keeps the vibe of old route66. My Amtrak train had been delayed for 6 hours, so I had to stay all night long at the station. Fortunately, the waiting hall was attended with a staff member, and he kindly stored my luggage to the office while I was having dinner.

I loved our trip. Our conductor was sweet and attendants very hospital. The person at the station was darling, she held our bags while we parked and was very patient with us asking so many questions. The person who booked our trips on the telephone was helpful too. 5 stars from beginning to end. Love ❤️❤️❤️ Worst part is the occasional people who smell like cigarettes but you can get up and move away from them, you’re not confined to stay next to someone you don’t like; my suggestion is seek out folks you desire to sit next to for the trip.

The Amtrak station here in Flagstaff is unique among the rest of the Amtrak stations I've visited. It has a closed in waiting room for people to wait for either the Southwest Chief or the daily shuttles down to Phoenix, or to stay warm in the winter months. For Virtual Railfans, the iconic "Cushy" (Kawasaki Mule Sander 4010) calls it's home in the garage attached to the station.

This is a review of the station and not of Amtrak train services. I travel by train a lot and so have seen more than my share of stations. This one is right out of an old movie. Super easy to get in and out of. I also found the staff to be very helpful.

My trips on Amtrak have mixed reviews for the time spent on the train. But I've had several pick up and drop offs here in Flag. This station has always been friendly and accommodating to my requests. The location is a good area, that I feel safe in. They have good amenities with clean restrooms, wifi, vending machines, and a little visitor shop. Several shops and restaurants within in a few minutes walking.

Never actually came here for the AMTRAK service, but it is pretty cool to sit at the station and be within feet of passing trains - which happens pretty much every 10 - 20 minutes. The staff is friendly and they have a small giftshop with decent priced items. I do wish they had more train related things to buy.
