Purchased a custom sectional, specifically asking for the opposite orientation than what was on the showroom. We signed the order form (which had product codes for the pieces, no descriptions) and verbally confirmed with the salesman that it was the opposite orientation.
What arrived was the same orientation as was on the showroom floor.
We tried to contact management and they havent returned our calls, and the one person we talked to said they would not do anything for us.
We will not be shopping here again, and i advise anyone else ordering custom furniture from this place to request full written product descriptions on all order forms instead of the product codes.

I've recently been shopping around for furniture and, I must say, this is the best laid out one I've seen so far. You really get a sense of how the furniture would look in a room instead of just individual pieces. The staff member that helped is very approachable and answered all our questions. The selection is great and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely will not be my last visit!

3 months waiting to get a couch set repaired due to its defective quality and lack of communication. They officially stopped replying to us. Next step I will be posting on social media and media outlets.

Great variety of furniture at reasonable and expensive prices. Sales staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had ordered a sectional, coffee and end table. I paid the delivery fee, 50$, but my orders were going to show up 3 weeks apart due to shipping. My sectional was delivered when it came in and the associate I dealt with waived the fee for my coffee and end table to deliver when it comes in. Sure some places do free delivery but I'm ok with paying a reasonable fee. The delivery staff was very friendly, rolled out a carpet into the house to minimize dirt and placed sectional exactly where I wanted it and put it together gently.

Wonderful staff here. Very helpful and friendly. If your item is in stock it will be delivered quickly. If it's on back order expect it to take at least the estimated time to arrive, if not longer. Delivery team were great too, very polite and helpful.
