Fui a pagar un pago de aceite la chica que atiende estaba maltratando a una anciana , cuando me tocó que me atendiera fue bastante grosera diciendo malas palabras mientras hablaba con su familia por el móvil o sea se molesta si la interrumpen!!! No tiene un brake esta mal educada

Worst service ever, NAPA Autocare Center damaged my sister’scar. I took her car for an oil change and they didn’t close the oil container (top lid) the “manager” didn’t pay the tow and was so un respectful. He’s a sexist that I’m still in shock of how he treated my sister. Please don’t come to this place

This is one of those "If I could give it 0 stars I would kinda thing". Bear with me as I explain the story so you can understand my complaint, overall disappointment and emotional distress. I came today to put gas in my car at the Mobil gas station on 13700 SW 56th St, Miami, FL 33175. I have an emotional support animal that I take along with me for 10 years. Two weeks ago after I frequented this gas station I had someone commit fraud to my card taking over $8,000 dollars. I am still in the process with bank of america to get that back to my card.

I am not 100% sure it was due to the gas station, however, I rather be safe from now on than sorry so I decided to pay inside. BIGGEST mistake. I had my dog with me and don't like to leave her in the car because it's almost 100 F in Miami, fl. She is a hypoallergenic bichon frise. The guy at the cash register (last name Ezekiel) said I couldn't pay. He denied me over and over and didn't let me explain my situation. Wouldn't let me talk. He kicked me and my dog out of the store. Mind you I was already at the credit card machine ready to pay. It would have only taken 2 seconds and I was already inside. However, he goes on to discriminate me and my dog. The people around him do nothing of course they side with the oppressor.

I don't know what is going on in this city but denying someone with an emotional support animal is NEVER okay. This guy has been verbally abusive and unnecessarily nasty. I will file a legal complaint due to the emotional stress this has caused me. My car was completely empty and he denied me. Also, nowhere outside of the building is there a sign that forbids dogs.

Had a very similar experience as one of the previous comments. Seems employees do not feel the need to treat their customers in a professional manner. I went in to buy some refreshments and protein bars, my husband attempted to swipe his apple pay and was communicated in a rude manner that if is a black card is not accepted . How would she know which card we were using in apple pay. I leave two blocks away, and definitely will avoid this gas station. Definitely don’t need someone frowning their forehead or being disrespectful while providing a service.

Worst costumer service ever , I bought a vape and they give me a broken one , it was 30$ , (3 hours of work to buy a vape) , they don’t change my vape because the employee says that gastaron will charge the price of the vape to him , worst gastation ever

I went to get churros from the food truck and decided to purchase a e cig and the guy I thought was joking but after he came in with gloves from working outside. He kept these gloves on and brought in my churros that I just purchased cause I didn’t want my dog in the car to get them. I walked inside and he asked is that for me, I thought he was joking and said sure, he actually grabbed it with his dirty gloves from working outside and started to walk behind the register. He never said anything until I mentioned it and said oh I thought it was for me. When purchasing my e cig he told me exactly $20 which is ridiculous, when I said this he mentioned it’s buy one and get a cheap one for free. Just because your not selling your products, doesn’t give you the right to make people purchase them while purchasing another product, it is obvious, especially he told me $20 exactly, nothing more, nothing less. How much were taxes? Nothing ever comes out exact change, what is this gas station up to? Please check up on your employees and make sure they are doing the correct procedures and not ripping customers off. I buy those things for 3/4 the cost anywhere else.

Tremendo mal servicio y son unos estafadores le dan mala atención al cliente lleve mi carro desde las 11:00am y lo recoji a las 8 te dicen lo q ello quieren y te aumentan el precio de lo q uno no pide tratan muy mal al cliente no vallan ahí no se lo recomiendo estafadores q son me dijeron q el arreglo era de 200 peso y cuando fui a buscarlo me cobraron 300 y te amenazan con la policía
