Il nous a été pris 50 dollars de caution Lors de notre départ on nous a dit qu'elle nous serait restitué dans quelques jours et ça n'a jamais été fait!
Nous avons envoyé un mail pour avoir des informations on ne nous a jamais répondu.

I had an amazing time here. Check-in was easy, no trouble. No fuss. Staff were respectful. Rooms are very clean, premises also clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget, you will not be disappointed.

If I could give this place a negative star it would be -2 stars! They discriminated against me and charged me a fee because they had to wash a sheet my service/guide dog made it dirty they sent me some pics and a video of some sunflower seed shells on the floor and a sheet with slobber and paw prints on it whatever else they had in the room that was already dirty I don't know but I do know you should not stay here save your money they are hard up for cash because they charged me $50 cleaning fee for a dirty sheet and some sunflower seed shells on the floor. Smh -2 STARS

Our extended stay here was very nice. The room was clean, nice lighting, sofa, bathroom big/roomy, well supplied with thick towels tissue/toilet paper. Microwave was very convenient, well working refrigerator and both were clean. Bed very comfortable. Room service checked in daily to see if towels, coffee, cleaning service was needed. The grounds are clean and maintained. Washer/dryer available upstairs, reasonably priced. I honestly have no complaints about Hotel Hacienda.

Booked a room for 5 and thought we would be getting 2 beds and a sofa bed like most hotels usually give us to accommodate 5ppl. We show up , get our key card and go to our room. As soon as we open the door it stinks like smoke and old wet rag. Only 2 bed's so we go tell the office and the guy was nice and said sorry and gave us another room. Same thing , only 2 bed's and also smelled. Didn't walk all the way in as I went back and told the guy at the desk. He said management will be here tomorrow. OK, so we took off to go grab dinner before going back in there, git back later that night and went I to the muggy smelly room. Turned ac on to help remedy that smell and muggy issue. Went into the bathroom and OMG it stunk like a public restroom as if they just urinated all over the floor smh. We cleaned what we could and waited for management to get in next day. Not to mention the sheets were full of hair and kinda sticky. I did not get any sleep that night and neither did .y wife or kid's. So I did tell management about issues and she had the nerve to say oh it's just the chemical they use to clean ? uh no lady go in there, it smells like piss. She said she would send someone to clean well , they did bring new towels buts that about it. Looked for a new hotel and couldn't find anything close to our event so my wife said it's just 1 more night so stick it out. Fine! Went to check out and the cleaning ppl amd management was there looking at me nervously. I didn't say anything just checked out and left as did my son and his family, my brother's, mom , auntie and her husband. So there's at least 5 families that won't ever be going back to this outdated , dirty stinky place. They need to update pic's because the rooms look nothing like they do in the pictures they posted.

PS. All that money you charge should at least be used for new bed's cause they are super squeaky and old......

Value for the buck not quite there. Clean older place hard working housekeeping staff. Noisy neighbors that management wasn’t overly concerned about. A fellow visitor claimed that they were government sponsored long term guests. No proof so just an opinion. Would have stayed elsewhere but waited too long for doctors appointments to make that happen. Cut short trip by a day.

About 5 miles from the amtrak station the front desk was extremely helpful held a first floor room for me without a reservation and let me park my motorcycle in the room to avoid worry of theft i would definitely recommend and visit again.

The room was green. They have Wi-Fi. I like everything service we don’t ask for service but my guess it’s OK.
