I got peanuts here on august 25 during afternoon and they were expired from may21, 2024. I ate some of them and with the taste i noticed they were expired. I went to return them and the employee asked me if i want to buy something else. I went to section and noticed that all of these peanuts were expired. I got the refund but the employee never even apologized to me. It was like she was okay with selling expired products. Then i fuel up my car and thought to post a review. I went inside again after 5 minutes i went to this section to click picture and all of them were still there.

ZERO STARS CAR WASH. So, although the car wash is new, it's absolutely terrible. First, it's a dollar for less than a minute. You have to push your selection several times as your minute winds down and then the endless struggle with all of the hoses getting tangled because they have no hooks to keep them in place. Finally, your desired selection starts coming down the line...equalling about 30 seconds for a dollar. Backing out of these drive-in bays can get dicey with all of the gas traffic. Pay a neighbor 20 bucks...better use of your time and money.

I would strongly suggest that this gas station regulates its entrance and exit of cars. This could easily be done by drawing arrows on the lot, or installing simple Enter/Do Not Enter signs, in order to assist drivers in entering the gas station from the appropriate side/street. Please assist your customers to proceed to their designated gas pump in a regulated manner!!! A number of times I have witnessed angry customers because of the current chaos.

CASH WASH MACHINES TAKES $1, BUT GIVES YOU 20-30 SEC INSTEAD OF 1 FULL MINUTE

I went to use this Hughes Car Wash location (10542 82 St NW, Edmonton) today. Bought 5 tokens for $5. They have 3 self serve bays and I use the one at the left hand side (left when facing the car wash entrance). I put one token to vacuum, lasted 20-25 seconds the most although the machine says 1 minute per token. I thought there's something wrong with the vacuum so I stopped vacuuming. I put another token rinse, lasted about 30 seconds. I put another token which lasted not even 30 seconds. They have a staff at the car wash so I explained to him situation. He said sometimes the machines get finicky. I went to explain the situation to the staff in the store and I wanted to return the rest of the tokens (I had 2 left) as didn't want to continue washing my car. Instead of getting information as to which machine was having problem she was more interested in just telling me that they do not do refund for tokens (I wouldn't come for refund under normal circumstances). She called her supervisor and gave me refund in the end but didn't want to solve the problem. So if a customer takes a product from your store without paying the right amount you probably call that stealing, but if your car wash machine doesn't work properly and short changed your customers in this why what do you call it? CALIBRATE your machines and TRAIN your staff to listen to your customers if they bring to your attention issues like this

I recommand don't go to this gas station ever.
The staff are poorly trained and will not able to help you if any problem occur. Even i approched the head office managment and they don't solve my issue. I am telling you again don't go and buy gas from Hughes petrolium because you will not fell good at some point.

My favourite gas station! It's changed "labels" a couple of times (now under "Hughes" beand) but it's always been consistently awesome prices(!!!) & customer service inside.

Great price most of the time, but beware the pumps are useless garbage. I've never been able to buy gas without wasting time going in for payment or receipt. And God forbid you should have a gas cap on the right side of your car. There is total anarchy on how to line up to the pumps and staff are never out there to organize traffic, so I can never line up with the pump to the right. The hoses aren't long enough reach to the other side like other gas stations without acrobatics or scratching your car.
