My daughter sat 5 GCSE exams at the ITC Centre and we've had an excellent experience; Br Asad and the team were exceptionally organised and very professional, from being booked in on entry to waiting for exam to begin they made the candidates feel welcome and comfortable despite the high stress levels.
I would highly recommend them and would use them again in future.

bakht and aneesa are very nice girls they have a really pleasant personality and have great customer dealing skills .They were also very polite and confident while talking to everyone .

The owner was very rude, very inappropriate over
message and in person. Left the place very clean but still made excuses, caused a scene over decorating the night before despite being offered the chance to decorate but had no problem letting us lock up late at night on the day of our event.

Never booking again, awful customer service and awful manner to talk to someone.

Hired the hall for a birthday party.Big thanks to Asad.Had an amazing service very friendly and helpful staff.Very accommodating,I would highly recommend this place for any kind of events.Prices are good too.

Amazing centre with amazing staff! I passed my mathematics functional skills level 2 here first time and received my results with in 2 weeks. I would recommend this place to anyone. Looking forward to starting university in September thanks to you guys @ the ICT centre. Thank you for all your help and support!
