Great purchase and delivery experience. We purchased the Ashley power reclining softa with adjustable head rest and fold down middle back (cup holders, electrical outlet, usb and lighting). First let me say we appreciated your no pressure sales. We made two visits to the store and both times Carl the sales person very helpful and answered all questions. The delivery guys were fabulous! They called a few minutes ahead of arrival and were very professional and courteous. They brought the sofa downstairs in our rec room without any issue being very careful not to hit the sofa or mark any of the walls etc. They put the sofa together in minutes, plugged it in and made sure everything worked. They were quick and efficient. I definitely would buy from your store again.

We recently bought a sectional from Island Furniture. We are extremely pleased with the sectional itself, which is exactly what we wanted in terms of size, comfort etc. We were also very happy with the service provided by the staff, the speed of delivery, and the delivery and set-up of the sectional. Bought a new queen sized bed at this store and within a week the bottom legs were already breaking.

We've called and asked for any help and all they offer is how we can fix the bed, like the cheap quality of their furniture is somehow our responsibility.

Shop around. You can definitely find better quality for cheaper elsewhere.
