Not knowing anything about the salon, I made an appointment for a blow dry and style before a big function last week because it was a block away from my hotel. I had the absolute best experience. It was just like stepping into a salon in Paris. It's not a shiny place, in fact, it feels a little old world but in a good way. Kianosh is a pro, and because I could tell he knew what he was doing, I asked him to give my hair a good trim. It was like having an artist do my hair from the shampoo, to the cut, to the style. I can't say enough about how pleasantly surprised I was by this experience. I will definitely go back.

I rarely leave reviews but I was so pleased with my updo that I just had to share. Kianosh took my chin length hair and managed to create the perfect lift in the front with such a lovely floral-like twist in the back. It's always nerve-wracking booking with someone in a new city for a one time event, but Kianosh has made me feel gorgeous for my black tie event tonight. I highly recommend!

Visited this salon while in Toronto for a conference, staying at Fairmont Royal York. It was the closest salon within walking distance, so I decided to give it a try. Initially hesitant to try a new place, but Kianosh exceeded expectations. He listened carefully, understood my concerns, and gave me the perfect blow dry. My hair doesn’t usually hold texture well, but Kianosh worked his magic, and the style lasted the entire event. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for exceptional blow dry or styling!

Excellent place and amazing service…Have been coming here for the past couple of years and have always received very good service. Elham is best, she is very passionate about her work and always give helpful suggestions…Staff are well mannered and respect their customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Worst hair salon experience. Do yourself a favour - DO NOT book with Kia. I came 6 hours before a wedding, I asked for espresso brown hair, which is literally one shade off my dark brown hair and he managed to give me RED roots. When I saw my hair and said I want one colour throughout my whole head he said “you don’t want red?” Gaslighting me as if we didn’t go through the colour chart. He started applying a new colour on my scalp which at this point was burning. I mentioned that it was burning and can’t take much more but he continued applying colour and was rough separating my scalp with the back of his brush. Finally I had enough and asked him to wash it out with cold water, he said responded “MY GOD” and took me to wash me hair. I had to remind him to condition it, he said he was planning on applying a serum before he blow dries it?
Worst blow dry ever - he ended up charging me $75 for it (my hair reaches to my armpit) when I had to take control myself with a flat iron. On top of that, the man was sweating profusely from the beggining it made the whole situation so much worse.
I asked to speak to the owner he said he is the owner when at the start he mentioned he’s a contractor. It took this man 3 hours to dye my hair one colour, failed at that, and gave me a bad blowout.
There are tons of better hair salons in the area, please don’t waste your time.

I called the salon and my phone was lagging so i took 5 seconds till i heard the second hello, when i asked for the owner the person who answered was extremely rude and told me that i can’t speak to anyone because i took so long to answer her? and that i was “extremely rude for that”. I was interested in doing business with the salon and they just threw away 5k away. Good job

I booked purely for convenience when I went to Toronto for a gala event with my colleagues - just wanted a hair cut and undercut touch up, and it was down the street from our hotel. Once I explained a bit about why I was there and asked if they could pop my hair in a bun or twist because I had an event to go to, the stylist spent almost a full extra 40 mins with me doing a spectacular up-do, it was so unexpected and stunning. Both esthetician & hairstylist who provided services were just lovely and attentive - it made the night very special, and I will definitely be going back.
