They changed a promotion in the middle of the day. When I asked about this mornings price the cashier condescendingly said that they changed it 2 hours ago. I asked if they an honour the price from this morning and it was not possible. This isn’t good business.

Great deals and quality, but incompetent staff. I told the cashier this was in the discounted section and her response was "yeah, maybe someone have misplaced it". There was no manager on the floor and hence they were not doing their job.

I love this store!!! The quality is great, huge selection of everything! And I love their bikini/swimwear selection! There are always sales here, a great place to get pyjama sets, shorts, tanks, housecoats, slippers, underwear, bras, socks, lingerie. And one of my favorite items to buy from here is their stick-on nipple covers. I use them quite often with certain shirts and dresses!! A pack of 3 pairs for $6, and they work!!

We bought clothes for almost a $ 1000 with almost 30 pieces the worker said that they don't have bags in this big store in this traffic area and ended up that she put our expensive clothes in bad quality garbege bags which its not appreciated at all

This store is a four hour drive away from home, but love shopping there when we go to St John's. This last weekend I bought 3 pj bottoms, one pj set and a fluffy little lounge coat that I love. I came home and washed everything and was putting it away when I felt something heavy in on of the pj legs. It was a security tag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was absolutely floored. HOW did I get out of the store with that on it and now what do I do with something that will spoil the clothing should I try to pry it off. I phoned the store and the girl I spoke to said this happens and she was sorry. She said to bring it in next time I am in and they will remove it. Not too happy. I will probably go in next spring and I wanted these to take with me when I go away for work thins month.
I do love the rest of the clothing I bought and would recommend everyone to check clothing and make sure this doesn't happen to them, particularly if you live a distance from there.

I've been to this place a few times and have never been approached by staff to see if I needed assistance? I don't know if this is the new norm to have people wander around trying to navigate bras and knickers. For the amount of service I received they may as well have a stocker, security and self serve check out.
