This guy at the front named "Rusty" just stood behind the counter doing nothing for 20 min. There was maybe 1 or 2 customers in that time that the cashier on the other side could have checked out. Meanwhile, all the showers were dirty. there was a line on the board for showers. this guy could not be bothered to do anything. The evening shift was a lot more productive.

Gas is still over $4 a gallon and that's whack. But with the 10c discount for scanning my Love's app, it's just a bit less painful.

This is as nice a Love's as I've been to in my travels. Easy to access for larger vehicles as they also have a truck service area. Inside, decently clean restrooms and of course, plenty of snacks and drinks. The coffee area was clean and well stocked this afternoon.

Parking lot was clean and I love that they have the longer sticks on the squeegees as it's otherwise not easy to get the whole windshield on my Sprinter van!

We came in with a trailer cam brake issue on a loaded trailer. The shop staff was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted so warmly by Tiffany and she put us at ease. Steve worked on the issue and cleared it up quickly. Curtis came out and explained that the problem was most likely due to the trailer sitting for an extended amount of time and that there was no charge after fixing the problem. You guys rock!

Not all the bells and whistles of other Love’s Truck Stops I’ve been to but sufficient. Shelves were a little disheveled but maybe they were short staffed and couldn’t keep up with aesthetics. Cashier was friendly.
My biggest issue was the sprinklers came on while my dog and I were standing in the fenced-in dog park. It was 9:00pm but that is still relatively early for summer hours when traveling.

Done giving my money to new in n out of store management who fire 1 hard working and maybe another hard working employee.. Nothing done about it but fire em?! No more support to Love's unless others wanna riot

You guys are extremely busy and offer great prices for gas. We still offer full serve in Oregon and you have several pumps available for this, however you have one elderly employee scrambling to help car after car! I think you can afford another employee to help, cmon!

I've probably been to over 200 Loves truck stops and I gotta say that I'm impressed with the deli here. They actually had a variety of foods in the hot case and the salads and wraps look really fresh. Good job to who all prepared the food.

Have your ever watched the fuel prices. They fluctuate 2 pennies every day. It seems like at 10pm they raise the prices by 2 pennies. This is enough to make a nice profit due to the fact they are one of the few stations open 24/7. The inside of the store is a hit or miss anymore. They no longer have good enough deals on items and things are overpriced. You can't eat healthy or unhealthy at a good price. Customer service is a hit or miss also. There are days when they have great staff working and other days not so much. I know Love's can do much better.
