A place to wait for metro buses. Greyhound and coach. Small convenience store, on-site police station, and restrooms.

I am at the bus station every weekend. The Tim Hortons is closed. The other store has food and drink but the prices are high. There is also a high number of homeless people and bums that hang around the bus station, asking for change, sleeping in the chairs, or getting high in the bathroom.

The customer service at the Metropolitan Transportation Center was nonexistent. If it weren't for the man in the picture, we would have taken a more expensive and longer route going to Niagara Falls. The express bus to Niagara Falls is the 41. It costs $5 round-trip and takes about 30 minutes. Whoever the kind man was really needed your staff's pay for the day.

I am from outside state, and the staff didn't seem concerned with helping at all. The restrooms were horrible. Young people were lottering at the entrance of the restrooms while smoking substances.

This is also where the greyhound pick up people. There was a lot going on. Only one store was open to give change with a purchase for the bus.

Pretty dirty/lacking amenities of a standard bus station. Some homeless people lingering outside but police were present as well.
Small convenience store inside that takes card or cash. The Tim Horton's has been closed down for a long time.
Staff was friendly.

For the most part of the terminal was clean and spacious there's a store there that does accept EBT card and a ATM is available does staff are not always the friendliest there but they get the job done

So easy to drop off and pick up. Clean. I am taking off a star because it's a little scary for the college students, being dropped off and picked up, w the people begging and drug using at the entrances. I sat this because it's been said to me numerous times by different kids I've picked up.

This terminal is supposed to be for people waiting for the bus to travel do different destinations, instead is plagued with homeless people taking practically all the seats with they're baggages , this shouldn't be happening cause this is not a shelter is a bus terminal.
