I recently purchased a camera online from their store as I have been searching for a very popular model and it seemed like they had it for sale. I am from Toronto but this seemed to be my only option.

I made the purchase and did not get a confirmation(which later I was told they do not do from their website...odd when dealing with higher ticket priced items).

I call the store the following day to confirm they received my order at which point the very nice associate told me they do not have this camera in stock and does not know when it will come in...he later confirmed that it can take months.

Im a not quite sure of the followings:

1. why i did not get a confirmation once I made a large purchase online over $1k.
2. Why they sell items they do not have and take your money
3. Why immediately when the store opened and someone saw my order why no one bothered to call me to tell me this information. Was I only going to hear about my order status if I had called myself? As far as I was made aware based on their website the order would be delivered within 5-10 business days.

very unsatisfied customer, I don't recommend anyone order anything from their website and if the store is aware that the company they use of e-commerce does not update inventory that perhaps its a consideration to change providers. We are in 2025 folks...its not that difficult.

I do want to stress that the associate who took my call was super pleasant and helpful and place no blame onto him but on the company he works for.

Worst place I have ever been.. I have visited there for my babies passport size picture and everytime there’s some issue in the picture. First the shoulders and ears were not visible and then they cut the ear and they said that they will charge us again although it’s there fault. I have already tell them that I want shoulders and ears visible in the photo but they said that this is one we clicked and if you want to clicked it again you have to pay. My babies picture was rejected by bls before because of this but they still did the same mistake

I visited the shop for an issue with my old digital camera and the help was incredible! I was initially nervous to go in, since my camera is old and inexpensive. However, the lady working was very friendly and helpful! She fixed the lens cover, cleaned it, and I was able to buy a case to store it in. Thanks!!

Communication is terrible. Prices are well above other stores. I think they survive because they’re the only ones. Zero products you need in stock. They feel annoyed that they have to order in product for you. Literally had to get my items on Amazon. Hard pass.

A good restaurant, the food was tasteless but it was probably because of my own ingredient choices. They should offer a bit more varieties for vegies and or nuts for a little crunch to add to the stir fry. But the service was good!

Originally I had posted a pretty positive review of this shop. They were one of the only, if not the only, camera store in the area I was very optimistic about this place. They’re able to print and develop film which is hard to come by around here. However I find it poor business to collect contact info and then never reach out when things are ready. You say it can take weeks even months, I cannot just guess when things are ready. Especially when spending over $100+ on multiple occasions I think it should just be common courtesy to call, email, or even text your customer.

They have hard to find parts at a very reasonable price. However, they won't ship in Quebec. What a shame.
