The restrooms were disgusting ?. Urine on the floor, toilets overflowing. Human waste on the floors and toilet seats. That place totally filthy and toxic. Homeless ppl and drug addicts begging for money. Angry and rude staff. Maybe the staff is so angry that they have to work in such a disgusting and filthy environment. Greyhound CEO needs to come to Philadelphia PA and get a taste of his product. He or she needs to be fired. Baltimore Greyhound bus service is excellent. Clean and well run. Does Greyhound owns both stations? Unbelievable ☠️

Should be 0 stars. Our first and last time using Greyhound. Our son travelled from Baltimore to Philadelphia and the driver ran into scaffolding causing the window next to his seat to shatter (he was unharmed luckily). The driver did not stop and did not know how to get to the station. Trying to get a hold of someone for customer service was a joke. Their chat gave me three numbers to non-Greyhound businesses. Completely unacceptable.

An overall horrible experience, drivers, locations, the terminal, everything. And the so called experts in customer service are incompetent, they failed at every step to assist properly. At this point this service might as well shut down and return any money they made to the many people they failed to provide the service they are meant to.

A 35 minutes Philly stop on the way to Baltimore. The bus station is right next to The Reading Terminal Market. Just enough time to grab a pound of ribs and The best pastrami sandwich Ever! Back in time to take care of business and load the bus. PLEASE personalize your baggage, a ladies took mine by mistake, I had to hunt her down.

This is a review of the station and staff within not of Greyhound bus services. For such a major city this station is a bit on the small side. However, I found the staff helpful. If you have a layover and are hungry do yourself a favor and step outside for some great Chinese

Do not get a ticket through Greyhound OR Flixbus. TERRIBLE! The bus station has moved and is basically nonexistent so there's total chaos.. There is no clear place to get the bus and nobody seems to know where the buses stop anymore (drivers, office staff, etc- told people the wrong things) but on top of that it seems like Greyhounds and Flixit are kind of merged but not really and the customer service is absolutely horrible. My friend had a ticket for 9am, got an email message at 10:30 pm the night before the the ticket was changed to 7:25am - with no choice to change it without a fee as high as the ticket itself. Tried to call customer service to figure it out and they were useless and the first person hung up on my friend. Went to where the bus was supposed to pick up based on the ticket- no signs anywhere but others waiting. ALL of those waiting missed the bus becuase apparently it went to another location 5 blocks away (not visible) and nobody knew that (or it never came- don't know). The location it supposedly picked up from was a dirt lot/driveway in an industrial area with NO SIGNAGE. There is an office in between and that office was the only place where anyone could get help but sounded like she wasn't "supposed" to from Greyhound- she just realized it was a total mess and helped. When customer service was called again they were useless again and refused to help. Those of us trying to figure it out together were able to get a ticket to the next bus at 8am(why couldn't the 9am be changed to this anyway? not sure) which picked up from the original place where everyone missed the first bus. So - no predictble way to get a bus at all. DO NOT USE GREYHOUND OR FLIXBUS unless you WANT to miss your bus. Use the other bus systems- MegaBus or PeterPan- they are clearly marked and came where they were supposed to.
