Back in the day when big Al and Charlie morning had valley ratings high on Q94.5 since they are gone due to budget cuts. But now Q945 all rock all the time had no DJs included one (rock n roll James) also no filling in on afternoons and evenings only AI. They have to do better for hiring more DJs 3 or 4 and win tickets and Q945 swag merch.

I often look at the stars at night and think, “maybe tomorrow will be a better day and Q 94.5 will play better music tomorrow”. That there is light after the dark.....

That day is yet to come. 94.5 insists on playing the lamest junk of music I can’t consider rock. I pray, I absolutely pray they stop playing what they consider “new rock”. When I moved back to the valley, 94.5 was literally the reason why I got into country music.

It never failed that there was a 50/50 chance they would play an artist or song I’ve never heard of, but was lame and only enjoyable to a 10 y/o kid that also likes Kids Bop. If you want to play new rock, please experiment with indie/alternative... PLEASE!! If not please stick with any form of Rock music before 2006!

According to this radio station, Metallica only ever came up with Enter Sandman and Nothing Else Matters.
Great Whites only song is Once Bitten Twice Shy. Aerosmith's only song is Dude Looks Like a Lady. GnR only came up with Welcome To The Jungle and Paradise City........ This station has never heard of a B side. I can tune to this station and hear Rock you Like a Hurricane.....two hours later I can tune to this station and suprise! They are playing Rock You like A Hurricane again....depressing.... I've pretty much quit listening.

Shame, the big change has been really disappointing. I used to enjoy waking up to Big Al and Charlie. The variety music has suffered greatly. Playing songs that aren't recognizable. Like you don't want to play the hits. I guess they don't want to pay for royalties for the rights to play the good songs. Way to go...owners are trying to bring down the ONLY rock station in the Rio Grande Valley so they can put another Tex Mex station.

Play more grunge and current trends please?! I’m 47 but 80’s rock is ova!
Did you say ova?... Nothing is ova till WE decide it is!!! That being said.... some of you are correct with your perception of what’s played! I’m from Chicago and only been here just under 2 years. They can play depending on the DJ who’s working and I Like to listen when The Vampire is on because he spent time with The Mancow!!! And if ya don’t know , now ya know!!! Amor to you who gets what I’m talking about

Appreciate your decision to keep a rock format in RGV South TX area. Entravision made the call. Your changes made around early 2018, I believe were much needed. This is in reference to 94.5. Claims of being the #1 rock format are insignificant and insulting. Does being the only rock format make it the the best?
The "back in the day" and "it's all about me" redundant and very time consuming on air rants are a bit much. Screaming an ill conceived and badly written bit.... does not make it relevant.
With so many entertainment/listening choices I was hoping for more substance.... vs BS antics. Over the top and self promoting on air personalities have no place in the RGV. We've had enough of "BIG AL" BS...how long will ur advertisers and listener's put up with the current and very clear path you have chosen?

Bueno....Good luck, Not The Rock-n-roll vampire.

Finally a real music station! I am so thankful for 94.5 The Q. You play music I actually like and that you don't hear on every single station a thousand times a day. So thank you so much! Please don't change
