I am disappointed in how often this station experiences difficulty staying connected. Its inconsistent connections, going in and out, interruptions of loss connections, is clearly a sign they need tot use better equipment. Embarrassing for me and my listeners

Even though it turned out Radio.co was not the right platform for us at the moment, he gave some really honest and amazing advice. A great company, I can understand why the reviews are so high. If I could break down all the individual aspects of the company I would still give them all 5 stars. The service is exceptional and in 3 years of broadcasting over 6000 hours a month we have never had any issues. Their customer support is exceptional and their features keep growing. My experience with Radio.co has been incredible! The support team worked with me for several days (many times very late into the night) as I worked to re-launch the radio station on their platform. Most importantly, They were knowledgeable and courteous. I moved from the Sam Broadcaster to the Radio.co platform and got the station up and running just the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to broadcast weather they are a veteran or newcomer to online radio.

Having reviewed many offerings available on the internet, Radio.co grabbed my eye. I am an experienced radio operator and studio engineer of 30 years so my expectations and requirements were high. Before the end of the trial period I had signed up for the service. The product is miles ahead of the competition, it is reliable and the online support and videos are a must. This radio manager is good but there is a huge LACK of options which should be 'normal' :
for example, their system is completely UNABLE to read the image embed in your mp3... so forget about your covers !!!
this is unbelievable.
Consider another radio manager if you can.
