Jour 1. J'espère pouvoir confirmer les 3 étoiles à la fin du séjour. Pour l'instant, l'ensemble est propre. La chambre rustique mais spacieuse. La nuit a été bruyante vu le passage de clients dans le couloir et la discussion animée entre deux employés. Petit déjeuner à la limite inférieure de mes expériences d'hôtel. Le personnel est très poli.

I give this place a solid 3. Good value and no parking fees which is extremely rare. The rooms appear to be newly Renovated. The only downside is that the hotel is right next to a highway so you'll be hearing cars all night, this is not the hotels fault and shouldn't be held against them but something to consider. I would stay here again.

Clean rooms with lots of space. The TV is incredibly small for the room size and no microwave is an issue. The parking is great and the pool was clean. Vending machines have some great choices in them. The service was nice and everyone was polite to us. However, I witnessed the front desk clerk (evening man) be incredibly rude to two gentlemen that were staying here. He was dismissive and very rude to them not offering to help and just telling them to talk to the manager in the morning. Very poor service by him.

Was a pleasant stay at this place. Easy check in and parking. The room was a corner one and quite big. The AC however was very loud, kept me awake the night here.
We chose this place because it was quite close to Universal studios. There was a restaurant down, where there was coffee served which was quite good. But Starbucks was less than a mile away from this place, which was also very convenient. Starbucks, target and CvS were all in the same block and quite close.

Staff was great and very accommodating. We didn’t plan to be in the room much so worked for what we needed.

Very noisy location, you can hear all the road traffic and if you have someone above you, you’ll hear that too!

Room was very spacious and clean. nice room lots of lighting. hotel has a Cuban restaurant located inside which we did not get to try. Hotel also has items available for purchase near the front desk such as water, energy drinks, sodas, snacks, travel medications, etc. for convenience. our family enjoyed our stay here. Located right off the freeway for easy access. was about 15 minutes from Universal Studios via Lyft. We used Lyft to get to the park and left our vehicle parked inside of the hotels secured parking area without any issues.

The room was nice but very stuffy and had an odor, not too strong but noticeable. The most disappointing part was the reception desk staff, not very helpful or attentive. The woman was talking on the phone and trying to help at the same time, hence an unpleasant miscommunication that no one apologised for or tried to fix.

Just off the 5 freeway with almost no traffic noise. Free parking. Clean, recently remodeled rooms in this older property. Can hear others in neighboring rooms and footsteps of those above so I have to give it an average rating. Low water pressure in rooms. Fairly close to Burbank airport with a shuttle available. Cuban restaurant onsite. Pool. Overall, not bad but not great.
