Undoubtedly the most amazing staff and unrivaled service at this store. I've only started purchasing from Reid Music in the last two years, but it will continue to be getting the majority of my business, mainly due to their expertise, knowledge, and customer service.

Any questions that I have had are always answered by the staff with the utmost attentiveness and care - which has always mattered most to me. They have a great selection of acoustic guitars and some pretty dandy gems waiting to be bought from music lovers alike! Ask for Curtis, he's the man! He ended up getting me a sweet deal on a Martin cutaway that I couldn't pass up.

Their music lessons have helped me substantially as well. As a mainly self-taught guitar player, it made for a nice experience to learn more in-depth on certain areas of theory I never invested time in. Mike is a great guitar teacher who lays out material in a very clear and understandable way. He has always been proactive in getting additional songs and exercises to fit with the material being worked on. I have also heard nothing but incredible things regarding Charlie as a guitar teacher.

Their slot availability seems to be very accommodating as well. When I booked in the fall, there were plenty of options for evening lessons, and Gina helped a lot with getting things squared away for my lessons.

Went in looking for my first electric guitar. Just moved to the city and have dealt with the other major chain music store before, but I wanted to give the local store a shot. The staff were really great, explained everything well and the only issue, I wish there was more stock, but that's a manufacturing issue not the stores. I'm now a proud owner of a Gibson Les Paul Tribute Cherry Sunburst.
