I told my wife repeatedly how nice that stay was and how much I will now look to book at Residence Inns in the future. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and coming back to that apartment style was very, very nice. Everyone was friendly - at the front desk, in the dining area, even the other guests. I just really felt at home and that was so nice. I also opted for the daily cleaning service and they did an outstanding job. Very, very pleased (and so was my wife).

Staff friendly. Room is what you'd expect it has what you need and it's clean. Breakfast was good most of the time. Coffee not great but there are some good coffee shops nearby. The 3 stars is because house never came to our room in the 6 days we were there. I just wanted clean towels and the trash taken out. I called several times and they said these were daily things and they should be by later or the next day. Deep cleaning is every 3 days, that's fine, but that never happened either. House keeping was on our floor so I just took towels from their cart. Wet towels just piled up in our room. If they had a place to take trash out I would have done that myself too but there wasn't. So trash with food just piled up too. Finally the day we were checking out housekeeping comes to see if we needed towels. They also don't clean the workout room. They take the trash and change the towels but don't wipe the machines down. The same water bottle stayed on the treadmill all week. But, I will end with the staff was friendly and that means a lot.

Very friendly staff! Noticed our bath tub drain wasn’t working after we settled in and the front desk worker came in to unclog it right away. Clean hotel, good breakfast spread. Laundry is coin operated.

I ended up using this hotel for my wedding for all guests to stay at. Although a majority of guests (including myself) did not have issues, my dad and sister ended up staying in a room that had bed bugs. The morning of the wedding, my sister was completely bit up all over which was horrendous for having to be a bridesmaid. And instead of my dad getting to spend time enjoying the morning of the wedding, he had to find another hotel and go to a laundromat in order to clean everything from the room before traveling home.

Although the location is great and you can walk to restaurant and entertainment, I would beware of the cleanliness of this hotel... CHECK YOUR BED before getting in it. It's a terrible thing to deal with right before a wedding..

We aren’t even done with our stay and I couldn’t help but leave this review.
I want to be clear the staff is doing their best, but you can only do so much when the facilities they are running are bottom of the barrel.
They line rooms directly next to the pool, but make sure that the windows, have zero, and I mean zero sound proofing to them.
When people are yelling well into the night, it’s unbearable, but when people are talking in a normal voice during the day, I can hear every word.
The lack of sound dampening doesn’t stop there, the people above us aren’t even doing anything more then just walking normal (happened to be people we were here with). And we could hear every footstep.
This is our first night in the area, but are actively looking for alternatives for the remainder of our stay.
I encourage you as much as possible, to not consider this place. Unless you are deaf, then you may get away with it.

Last note, looking at reviews well over a year, I see the same type of complaints, with the same exact scripted message I listed below, so clearly they are aware this location, is 'below their standard' but is not being addressed.

This is a great place to spend a quiet time with your family. I was here on the weekend and there is exceptional cleanliness and attention from their team. In the hallway I met one of their cleaning workers who was very kind and helpful. I would like to acknowledge her work and professionalism. Her name was Iami. She is very nice and attentive to the guests. Keep it up. Congratulations.

Had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn. Comfortable room with everything I needed. Very good breakfast and great and friendly staff. Ken Ward at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Thanks for making my stay great ?

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
My 20 yr old son found himself in a situation where he had nowhere to go in Denver. Anyone who knows Denver, knows that is no place to be on the streets, so I got him a room for the night through Priceline. After booking, I immediately called them to give them my credit card number for the incidental charges because he doesn't have a credit card. I was told that because of this he would not be allowed to stay. YET THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I did not cancel, they refused to let him stay. They stated had I prepaid, they could charge my card. I told them I had prepaid. But they told me it was through a 3rd party so they wouldn't do it. This hotel kept my money & didn't provide a service. The cancellation policy on my receipt stated I had 24 hrs to cancel for a full refund. I called within 5 minutes and was refused. They further refused my credit card dispute. THIS IS THE MARRIOTT!!! THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN IT IS THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN THAT THEY COULDN'T STAY?!?! They should be ashamed of themselves!! I hold Priceline just as accountable as I have been a loyal customer for YEARS!!!! This was the worst customer service I have seen in my 55 years on this Earth!!
Really Marriott?!?! Over $100 means absolutely nothing to you but to keep my money when I barely make ends meet & was in a scary situation with MY CHILD is just plain disgusting on your behalf. Be proud of that!!!!
