Amazing! The staff were so friendly at check in and the room was perfect! Very clean, cozy, and so affordable! It came with a stove, pots and pans, mixing bowls, plates, silverware, utensils - it was basically an air bnb without all the fees. The included breakfast was also wonderful! Will definitely be returning on our next trip to Denver!

Stayed here last year and rated it a 5 star. Wanted to give a five star but a member from the breakfast team wasn't very welcoming to my daughter on her morning runs for breakfast for the family which included my very elderly mum and disabled elder daughter.
As the booking this time was for a family of 5 ... we had to use the sofa bed which wasn't very comfortable.
I will still stay here again, other members of the staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Had a brief encounter with one of the cleaners Hilda and she's such a remarkable person. Thank you for your hospitality.

A new experience for me staying with Marriott. The rooms are like small condos with 4 rooms in a bungalow style. The room was clean and had a kitchenette that all was a little dated. Nothing wrong all worked as it should have and the bed was comfortable for what I needed.

While the hotel has potential because the rooms are actually very sizable for the price, once you stay you realize why. We rented the two story "penthouse" room, which had one queen upstairs and a full downstairs with adjoining bathroom for each. We noticed immediately that the room had a musky smell but realized that when someone flushed the toilet upstairs you could hear it splash downstairs in a little water closet by the refrigerator. We realized the smell was coming from there. Then at night it was the loudest room ever, the sound of incredibly loud cars echoing from interstate at night is at 10/10 loud. People must race on that street at night but at the cost of your sleep, be warned you will hear it all night.

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I made my reservation for this specific location 7 months prior to our trip to be able to walk to Fiddler's Green Ampitheatre for 2 nights of concerts. 1 month now prior to our trip the hotel cancelled my reservation to make room for a "corporate group." The only option I was given was a hotel that did not meet my needs. Not walkable to venue, no kitchen, and the price given to me for the new hotel was more expensive than what I found on a third party site for that weekend. This trip is now costing me more money in secondary costs because this hotel chose to bump me for someone more important in their "corporate group." I found out this happened to 50 people for this weekend and discovered some who booked the hotel later than I did still have their reservations. I explained all of this to the Assistant General Manager and then the General Manager chimed in. The response was they were not "obligated" to provide compensation. Their only solution was to book the other hotel they offered, the one I already informed them was not suitable for me and would cost me more money. Thus, this hotel has no obligations to keep reservations made 7 months in advance, not obligated to find suitable lodging for their customers for their decision to bump us, and has confirmed their "corporate" clients are more important than an average traveler. I no longer am able to trust this hotel or the Marriott group to do what they state they do in their vision statement and "put people first." I have also contacted Marriott Corporate but have not gotten a response back.

My husband and I booked over 7 months before this location wanted to cancel our spot for a “corporate event”. This put us in a bad situation regarding our travel plans. It is costing us more for a hotel and it is no longer walkable to the music venue. We now have to rent a car and pay for parking both nights of the shows. This also takes away from the entire convenience factor that we were going for over 7 months ago when booking. My husband already left the review, so I do not have to touch on every detail. I am now reviewing the fact that the company has now responded to his review claiming that they “offered points and a first night paid for”. This couldn’t be further from the truth. The reality is that they said that they “weren’t obligated” to help us or to fix the issue. They provided us a list that we could have also found on Google of the nearby hotels. That’s it. They were not able to meet the price we paid at any of these hotels, “pay for the first night”, reimburse for all of our new expenses that have occurred because of them. Also, what points are you claiming you offered us? We are not even elite Marriott members, which is likely why they canceled us altogether. But I digress. Luckily, all of this was in email, as pictured. Stay away from this hotel.

Show the information that I got from my friend was treated very poorly was forced out of his room and they humiliated him and that's really sad that hotels now are humiliating people. It's really sad that certain people are Management in the hotel industry at this residence inn they don't respect you there's no communication at all everybody is on one page or one different page and it is really sad

Also the information that I got from my colleague was treated poorly was taken advantage of and there is a little bit of some prejudice or a little bit of racism I don't know what was the outcome but it was very sad and very disrespectful and management is very awful they take advantage of people even know when they are in the wrong doing they still think that they are right and you are the wrong one and that's very sad that it has to be that way I wish that there was something that can be done talked about the room was almost not well to live in problems with the plumbing problems with the closet with many different various areas of the room.

Management treated my friend very poorly and disrespectfulI'm definitely going to follow up on this and you shouldn't have to treat companies or airline industries like this at all very sadly from what I have gotten and nobody shouldn't have to be disrespected like this talk about the level of service very phony very two-faced

And also that they cater to certain types of people which is really shocking and really disturbing very disturbing things I got from my colleague.

I would recommend certain people do not stay at this hotel if you don't want to be disrespected and if you don't want to be forced out of your room.

Nice room, except we needed the couch bed with covers.. they were in closet in a bag and smelled awful. I zipped them backup in it. I had to sleep on mattress w/ cover I brought . But was very clean besides that. Nice kitchenette with dishes. A little noisy at 2am but I think people live there full time. We got a room on Fri and Sat but we're booked on Sunday.
