Great experience! There were enough staff at the front desk, and the ultrasound and X-ray staff were very friendly and nice. The washroom was very clean. The location is convenient—just across from Sherbourne Station.

I would definitely go again if needed. One more thing: it was easy to connect with the staff when I made an appointment.

I’ve been to Rosedale Medical Imaging before without issues, but my most recent experience was frustrating. I first went on Monday, January 27, only to be told there was no X-ray technician that day. I returned Tuesday but was told to wait at least 45 minutes because the technician was on lunch. I planned to go Wednesday, but the manager called and informed me there would be no technician again—which contradicted what I was told Monday. I waited until today (Tuesday, February 4) to avoid possible backlogs.

Before going today, I called yesterday (Monday) to make sure there would be a technician. I was told there would be, and that the best time to come would be after 1:30 PM, once the technician’s lunch break was over.

Today, I arrived at 2:40 PM, checked in, and waited. Several people who arrived after me were called in first. About 45 minutes later, the manager asked me to change into a gown, so I assumed I was next—but I kept waiting. When I finally asked about the delay, the receptionist claimed there was a “bug in the system,” but the manager later admitted she simply hadn’t entered my information properly. Instead of being done by 3:15, as told by the mgr after asking on my way out as I should have been, I left around 4:30.

Throughout this experience, I was given conflicting information, excuses for mistakes, and unprofessional responses. When I mentioned writing a review, the manager even asked me not to. I understand that people take vacations and systems have issues, but basic organization and clear communication should be a priority. Unfortunately, this visit left me very disappointed.

Extremely poor service.
Had a 9:00 appointment scheduled. Received a call at 8:00 requesting me to arrive for an 8:30 appointment time.
Tight request but made it, only to sit in the waiting room for an hour.
Their employee didn’t show up for work on time. No apologies or accommodation offered, somehow not their problem.

First time being here, had a rough experience and had to speak with the management about my first 5 minutes with this technician and hope they take it seriously and act on it. She was rude and unprofessional she thinks its okay to treat others the way she wants. (No language barrier:)) thought to mention this. So i did I walked out to the manager regarding this. I would 100% avoid her as she is unprofessional and unacceptable with her behavior/communication as that can be traumatic. Her name is Ireen.

I spoke with the manager as they got me a different technician and she was amazing and made me 100% comfortable her name Yasmin she was very assuring calming and friendly, my experience with her was great and made me feel very comfortable comparing to the traumatizing moment with Irene:)! I truly appreciate you!🌹 giving 5 stars for Yasmin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We should never accept any emotional abuse and trauma in our life, I hope everyone can be brave enough to speak up when someone is making them uncomfortable.

Mammogram: Clean spacious facility. Booking was efficient and lots of availability. I’m guessing this is a new service so some processes were not ironed out. Reception had to get an assistant to lead patients to mammogram area. Assistant didn’t call out my name (therefore couldn’t find me) and went up to each patient in the reception to find out if they were me. Eventually I was led to mammogram waiting room, changed with no instructions if I was to take my stuff with me. I was the first appointment at 8:15am. They open at 8am so not sure why I had to wait until 8:45 for my exam. You would think between 8 to 8:15 would be enough time for whatever prep they needed to do. At start of my exam, technician asked me some general health questions from a questionnaire. The exam room is right next to the waiting area and you can hear everything so there’s no privacy - would be better if reception gave me the questionnaire and let me fill it out myself. After that the exam went smoothly. Once they iron out their processes, they should get a higher star rating.

Please offer some accommodation and empathy to your female patients who were taking their mammogram test. Male friends/companions should NOT be in the same waiting room as the half naked female patients.

I went to this clinic for a transvaginal ultrasound. The only good thing I can say about the experience is they were able to give me an appointment quickly. Aside from that, it was a terrible experience and I would never go back to this location. The technician I got was rude and did not explain the procedure that she was doing to me and what to expect. She knew I had never had this particular procedure done before. When she was finished, she turned her back and sat down at a desk that was 3 ft away in the room. I was expected to wipe the gel off myself and dress myself in the same room. There was no privacy provided and not enough wipes for the amount of gel used. This is the most disrespected I have felt in over 50 years using the medical system in Ontario.

Booking my X-ray and Ultrasound was fast and easy. Staff at reception were friendly and acknowledged me arriving immediately. Waiting times were minimal and I was in and out within 1/2 an hour:
Best to pre book.
Lilly, Afsana, Sarah, Rez and Bernie made the visit and experience excellent. They should be proud of themselves. This is how Canadian health care should look.
