Went in to renew my drivers license. Thought it would be quick and easy because there were only two customers waiting and 6 employees working. When I came in, one of the employees called me over to see if I needed help.I went over and told her I needed a renewal, and she stopped and said sheepishly, "oh, well, for that you'll have to sign in and wait." I sat for 30 minutes while all of those employees ignored us. I ended up leaving for an appointment and I'll have to renew my license another day... someplace else.

I came an hour and 15 minutes before they closed on Aug 5 to renew my license. The girl working the drivers license area was so off put because I came in. She spent more time sitting across from me scrolling on instagram than doing her job. She was also on her personal phone while I was verifying my social security number. She kept looking at her watch and sighing then would go back to her phone. At the end she handed me a piece of paper. It’s been four years since I got my last license so I was a little confused. I didn’t know they weren’t printed at the tag agencies anymore. I asked when the new one would come in and she rolled her eyes and went back to her phone as she mumbled that if it isn’t delivered in 30 days then come back in.

I need an ID made. I had my Social Security card and birth certificate and my old ID they told me they couldn’t do it. Jinx tag agency had me out the door in a half hour.

Go somewhere else. Nothing but problems here. I'll admit I was wrong for falling behind getting new tag. However the same paperwork taken to sapulpa and to another tag agency. Sapulpa tag refused to help while other tag agency helped get my car leagal again.

I was issued the wrong month sticker, I explained what happened they wanted to charge me $13. I went to another tag agency explained what happened and the sticker with the correct month was free. Not the 1st time this tag agency wants to charge more.

Called to ask a question about my tag. Said thank you at the end of the call & they just hung up. ? I wish people could just be kind! Very unfriendly & clearly annoyed they had to pick up the phone.

I called this morning inquiring about renewing an expired ID that was out of the 1 year window. The lady said I was unable to come into that office to have the id renewed. She then told me I would have to go to east gate dmv where the wait was 3 hours long to get this done. Upon driving all the way to east Tulsa, the man at the check in desk told me that I could go to any tag agency & request for a new ID card instead of doing the renewal, as it’s the same price. I explained what I was told from Sapulpa Tag Agency. Obviously I was incorrectly informed by the staff here. I was able to go down the road to eastside tag agency who took care of us. Just a review that hopefully management will see so people don’t have to drive across Tulsa for no reason.
