Shoppers Drug Mart is a convenient spot with friendly staff and a good selection of essentials. However, some shelves could use more frequent restocking, and a bit more organization would make the shopping experience even better. Still a reliable choice for everyday needs!

I went for my Covid shot last week. Other than completing the necessary forms , it was a very pleasant experience. I was fortunate to be served by Pharmacist , Erin Matthews who also injected the medicine. Erin was a friendly , pleasant , smiling, kind and caring person who made it relaxing , comfortable and stress free. It was a pleasure interacting with her. Shoppers must be happy to have such a professional as Erin on staff.

I’m honestly very disappointed. These pharmacists lost track of my prescription for two days — while my condition was getting worse. In the end, they just canceled it, claiming there wasn’t enough information. Seriously? Why did it take four visits from me for you to notice that? That level of care is unacceptable

Poor customer service!
It’s my pharmacy on file. Dropped prescription for my son around 1pm. I was told to pick up in 2 hours. I came at 4:30 and I was asked to wait couple of minutes for the pharmacist to approve something who was busy. I work in Paradise and told them I was getting late. I am still at the pharmacy waiting for more than 30 mintues to pick up the medicine but their couple of minutes is not over yet! So many staff walking around but no efficient customer service.
Frustrating experience.

Customer service gets worse and worse as time goes on. Half the customer service staff don't even shower, gut wrenching to be within 3ft of them to be honest.

My daughters and I got a flu shot from here, the lady who did them was not educated enough to be giving vaccines to children, especially those who are special needs. She had struck my three year old 3 times with the needle, making the whole experience terrible. She said “I can’t do it if you move” meanwhile I had my legs and arms wrapped around my children, they only slightly jolted while she barely stuck the needle in their arm. Half of the vaccine dripped from my youngest daughters arm because she had barely put the needle in, causing her to get another shot so hopefully between the two, she got the proper dose. This lady seemed afraid of giving the vaccine which was a red flag to me but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I am very very unhappy. If she felt as if she couldn’t handle it, there should have been someone there who could so my kids wouldn’t be traumatized
