Went to this Staples to print off some documents to obtain a Chinese Visa. When logging onto their computers, you pre-pay by the minute. Their entire system is set up to take as much money from you as possible. When attempting to print a document from your email, it will want to print the entire screen, meaning any headers, ads, tabs, etc… You are required to save the documents to another folder on the computer and then access that in order to print only the document. Of course this takes time, adding up to extra costs. Once you figure this out and print, you’ll have no idea where it printed. So next, you are required to go to the service desk to find out where it printed. All the while, the timer is still going, and your money is disappearing. The employee showed me the printer tucked away, hidden in a corner. Perfect, hide the printer so that it costs you, the consumer, more money. Onto the next document. Save to a folder, open up the folder, select print and not enough money left to print. I gave up. I walked out. Never again.

I had a great experience switching my mobile and internet service packages at Staples. Rishabh, the representative, explained all the promotions available in a clear and concise manner. He did not waste my time, and always respected my decisions. I got great service and a great deal!

Can only speak about my experience using their self-serve printing kiosks. Here is the price list. The print quality is great and they have multiple stations available so you don’t have to wait long to print your file. Based on the other reviews, I also appreciate that I don’t have to interact with any staff to do my print jobs

I recently visited this Staples location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The customer service was far below expectations—employees were speaking in their native language amongst themselves in front of customers, which felt unprofessional and exclusive. Additionally, when I asked for assistance, it became clear that the staff lacked proper knowledge about the products and services they were supposed to be familiar with. This not only delayed my purchase but also made the overall experience frustrating. I expect better service and more knowledgeable staff when shopping at a store like Staples. Hopefully, they can improve these areas in the future.

The team here is grossly incompetent unfortunately.

Ordered a watch here. They lost the order and after going in twice and contacting their office multiple times over the course of a few weeks, they eventually just offered a refund on the watch. They said I could get it again and offered me 10% off.

Hours of my time spent travelling to your location, on the phone with your employees and forcing me to research how to get in contact with someone who can remedy this is worth 30 bucks to you?

I didn't respond to them and would not ever recommend ordering from this location.

I wouldn't have even left a review but they add insult to injury by sending a follow up email that said "We hope you enjoy your samsung watch. Please rate the service." I never got my watch.

Why would you send me that?

I absolutely cannot believe this is the organization that the government entrusted service Canada responsibilities too.

After the post office closed, I had to find another place to ship my stuff back to Amazon. The staff is very helpful. Also, you can buy phones, computers, and anything else for your office there. Great atmosphere.

This is for the location on university South of Dundas.
The staff are rude and argumentative. I brought my concern to a manager and discovered the reason. The manager was no better at listening than her staff.
I told her I was angry. She said she could help.
I told her I was done doing business with staples. She said she could help.
I told she was clearly not listening and I told her i could certainly get louder and more emphatic in making my point. She said she could help.
Eventually, she said she could talk to her staff. Except how does the source of the problem provide a solution?
