Amazing Atmosphere, Exceptional Service, and the Best Pumpkin Spice Latte Ever!

The Starbucks in the Hayatt Regency building is a true gem! From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a killer atmosphere—chic, cozy, and the perfect spot to unwind or catch up on work. The baristas here are incredibly kind and attentive, making sure you feel welcomed and well taken care of.

But the real star of the show? The Pumpkin Spice Latte. Hands down, the best I’ve ever had! Perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and sweetness, it’s pure autumn in a cup.

Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this Starbucks is a must-visit. It’s not just a coffee shop—it’s an experience. Highly recommend!

This location has pretty modern and neat decor inspired by Scandinavian and Japanese minimalism with curved wooden interior and some private space.

The cafe itself was very beautiful and has lots of seating and good study areas. But my drink order was messed up, I asked for oat milk but got regular milk and I asked for extra white mocha syrup on top of the original but they removed the original syrup. Not worth it.

I went to this Starbucks this evening. I made a mistake when I placed my order on the phone. I was very upset. The staff, Alinia, noticed me and offered me a new coffee for me (the flavor I want! And it’s FREE) She is super friendly. This really made my day!

2 stars because the other baristas were fine. I worked at Starbucks a long time ago, so I use lingo that might be dated but everyone until now understood without an issue. The guy that took my order corrected me, which is no issue, but he did it as if it's the first time I'm ordering anything in my life. I apologized and attempted to explain to him why I said it that way, but he didn't let it go until I apologized again and repeated it his way. Still, I would have not left this review had he gotten the order right. I almost always take an incorrectly made drink without saying a word, but he was demeaning, thought he taught me a lesson on ordering my drink, then got it wrong anyways. Had he rolled his eyes with slightly more force, he would have done a back flip. He knows who he is. Again, thanks to the barista at the bar for fixing it.

Payment by credit card defaults to a 25% tip that you have to scroll down 4 spaces to get rid of it. Vanilla oat latte was way too sweet even by Starbucks standards. Only plus is it's in the hotel, but there are much better local places nearby.

You lied to me and it ruined my day.

I usually get my coffee from a different Starbucks location and when I ask if my drink is going to be sweet, they say yes and it's actually sweet!

I had visited this location to get a sandwich before and nobody really knew what to recommend, it's like they're all new employees... I didn't think anything of it, but this time I wanted to visit them for my daily coffee routine even though they've told me before that they're not corporate and don't do things the same way as other locations. When I asked if the Vanilla SWEET Cream Cold Brew would be sweet, the guy said yes... but it wasn't sweet at all.
In fact! It tasted like regular iced coffee with almost no sugar in it.

I know that cold brew isn't supposed to be sweet, but I've had baristas offer to make them sweet and this one has "Sweet" in its name.

I feel bad hating like this, but you should make sure that you know what you're selling!
