The rooms are really nice. The kitchen is stacked with the newest appliances. There’s a bunch of amenities such as a pool, a jacuzzi, pool tables, ping pong tables. They even have free coffee. The only issue is the shuttles aren’t as frequent.

Really good experience. Shuttle service was not on time in the morning but they have been on top of their game recently and have made sure its on time. The apartments are nice and spacious. The staff is amazing though

My son and his friends are now in their second year at The Station and love it. They enjoy the pool, hot tub, study rooms, and location. The building is clean, quiet and very modern. Only negative- once in a while the wi-fi service will go out. I personally have reached out to the manager a few times with questions and he’s been quick to respond and very accommodating.

The one star is for the location. My daughter signed a lease the first week of Jan 2024 to move in fall term 2024. She matched with room sync 3 random girls. They have you fill out your room preference and claim that rooms are assigned based on the date you initiate your lease application. That is a lie! Imagine our shock when our daughter got the very last choice of her preference list despite signing 8 months before move in. My daughter sent emails and called the office, we even went in to the office and met with the property manager Dan Norton. Dan proceeded to inform us that indeed my daughter initiated her lease first of the four girls. And one of the girls she synced with never even submitted a room preference. However he then suggested that my daughter reach out to these 3 other girls she had never met to see if they would just agree to take the bottom floor room and give up their larger upper level room with the walk-in closet. As you can imagine no one wanted to switch and for a time it became a point of contention, like it was inconceivable that she would even ask. So now with tears and frustration we went back to speak with Mr Norton, and he said there were other people looking to switch rooms or roommates and he would work on it and get back to us in early August. He didn’t get back with a new room. And move in day came and my daughter reluctantly moved into the bottom floor of an Emory unit. Despite she was bringing her cat and one girl said she was allergic So smallest room with a cat and a litter box is on the cramped side. Despite all this and ants that crawl under the baseboards my daughter liked the location and wanted to remain living at the station for the next 2 years while she completed her undergraduate studies. So again we reached out to Dan Norton, to ask that he could guarantee her the room D (finally) if she renewed? We wanted him to waive the transfer fee as I believe the station randomly assigned rooms despite the emails promising preference was assigned in order. It is not! To prove that even further my daughter had a friend that signed a lease weeks before the start of fall semester 2024 and got room B on the main level? Why was that room not offered to my daughter?
Anyway, Dan refused to waive the transfer fee and I believe the lease amount despite making the inquiry when the rate was posted as the same as her current rate. It’s like airline seats, the more available units the cheaper the rate, but during the emails back and forth people renewed and therefore the rate went up?
The young people that work the office most of the time are not trained, I think they are just bodies. No one knows the mailing address, the bus schedules, or where security is? That is a voicemail? When a random 6’6” man in sweats and a wife beater knocks on your apartment door at 8:30pm and puts their finger over the peep hole, count your blessings that your roommates have large boyfriends to answer the door. Teach your daughters to not open the door, call 911, don’t call the Station. And never believe they care about your preferences. They only care about your wallet, not your child.

To prove my point my account just got debited $500 for a transfer fee for a transfer that we didn’t sign up for! No lease was renewed? Only an inquiry was made, and rejected by the manager. Refund my account immediately!

if you live here, don’t expect to ever get your security deposit back. i left the place spotless and was given the full deposit back on my move out statement. yet, OVER A YEAR LATER, i still have not been given my deposit. so illegal and im just given the runaround every time i have called to try and get it. i don’t live in the state anymore and have even stopped in the office while i was visiting a friend in town and they told me its in corporates hands, and will take a month to check on it and send it to me at my forwarding address. well, it’s now been almost two months and have heard nothing. it’s a nice enough place but don’t anticipate being told the truth about anything. i’ll update this review if anything changes but i don’t anticipate it will, considering i moved out 5/23. think about all the people who they’ve never given it back to and all the interest they’ve earned on this, slimy practices for sure.

Living here was one of the worst ideas I have ever had.Quiet hours are never enforced so people will be screaming outside your window and jumping off of furniture above you while you try to sleep for a final. The hot tub is typically GREEN since it’s so dirty and on bad days the pool usually is too. There’s never any parking on the weekend, not to mention on the weekend the place is almost absolutely trashed. Construction quality is horrid and it shows that this place was built in 6 months, the doors are literally made of cardboard and within the first week we had holes in them from opening them normally. And for all of this you get to pay an insanely high rent which is getting even more expensive next year.

My roommate's defaulting on his utilities and he's getting paid on my bill. Air conditioning in winter my room is cold to death, and I don't enjoy the heating in other rooms. It was snowing in January and you told me it wasn't warm because your roommate left the window open. Other people's rooms were warm after closing, but my room was still cold ！The pool is very noisy, we all said we don't want the room above the pool, but we still live in the pool, and it's an extra $10 a month for viewing. I was kept awake until 4:00 in the morning.
